When someone is born, we smile; when someone is dead, we cry; why this drama when birth and death is certain? This world is just a passing cloud. Everyone of us are walking towards death. Then, why fear it? Why is it that Humans alone can ask this question? What is the purpose of life?

We undress and dress everyday. No one cries. When we understand that "I" reside in this body, no veil of illusion to make us cry. Eternal Bliss. I know, I have to shed this body one day. Till then, it is preparation for the  same. Life in this universe is impermanent. Humans alone have the ability to reason. What is the use of reasoning in material developments? One should reason and understand life.

Intellect is man. Mind (Feelings) is woman. When the latter submits and surrenders to the former; Bliss; else catastrophe. Former should not force down the latter; rather the latter should submit to the former. Clarity in understanding required for proper interpretation.

நம்முடன் இருந்து கொண்டே நம்மை அழிக்கவல்லது, நாம் வளர்க்கும் அஹங்காரம். ஆரம்பித்த இடத்தையும், கடந்து வந்த பாதையையும் மறப்பவன் மனிதனே அல்ல. வெற்றியும், செல்வமும், மனிதனுக்கு வரும் சோதனைகள்.

வெற்றியும், தோல்வியும் நிலையில்லாதது. வெற்றியில் நிதானமும், தோல்வியில் துவளாமையும், நிம்மதியை தரவல்லது. இன்று நாம் காணும் வெற்றியும், செல்வமும் ஆண்டவன் நமக்கு அளித்த பிச்சை என்றே கொள்வோமெனில், நம்முடைய மனம் அடங்கும். மனம் அடங்கினால் மட்டுமே நிம்மதி பிறக்கும்.

நான் செய்வது ஏதும் இல்லை; நான் என்பதே இல்லை. எல்லாம் அவன் செயல்.. கடல் அலையின் உயரத்தை நிர்ணயிப்பது நிலாவின் ஈர்ப்பு திறனே அன்றி கடலின் திறமை அல்ல.

When we begin to listen to our inner conscience and act accordingly, immaterial of the benefits received; we attain real peace of mind and bliss. One needs immense courage and moral strength to forgive. Simplicity is the thumb rule in being true to our conscience.

A violent brother is a menace to the entire family. Taliban. An act of violence that results in hurting innocent people is a sign of weakness.

My only competitor today is the "Me" that I was yesterday. Progress simplified. When we grow at our own pace, we start innovating, due to the time we get to observe and analyse situations. When we start focusing on improving ourselves, enhancing our capabilities; we would find absolutely no time to criticize others.

Every adversity has its own interconnected opportunities. Only constraint is that we must have the patience to observe and benefit out of it. When we compare, we fall. When we introspect, we innovate. Life is beautiful when we walk at our own pace. Stop competing with others. Compete with the situation. Life becomes more meaningful.

Essence of Ramayan and Bhagavad Gita - everything is predetermined. We are just puppets. There is no such thing as free will. Actions performed with detachment to results will erode off accumulated karma and prevent any further accumulation. Bliss.

Every form of GOD has to be a representation of Justice, Honesty, Righteousness, Principles and Truth to be deserving respect; else gets destroyed. Trying to flatter GOD with material display is farce and foolishness. Surrendering the mind and ego is real worship.

"Krishna Thulabaram" signifies GOD can be attained only through the attitude of complete surrender and not thro' display of pomp and wealth. A wry smile on my face when I see the stupidity of kids trying to fool GOD. Is spirituality a business of any kind?.. Idiots.

தெரிந்தே செய்யும் குற்றத்திற்கு மன்னிப்பு ஏது?. சிந்தனை சிற்றறிவின் செயல். எண்ணங்கள் சிந்தனையின் விளைவு. எண்ணங்களின் குவியல் மனம். மனதிற்கு சாட்சி மனசாட்சி என்னும் பேரறிவு. பேரறிவின் ஆதாரம் ஆத்மா எனும் அத்வைத நிலையான நான்.

Skill Sets, not degrees or diplomas that matter in an interview. When the going gets tough; the tough gets going. Graduates must focus on skill sets that propose to add positively to the bottom line of the business and company. Simple. The difficult economic scenario has resulted in the HR function of organisations, command more significance and respect. A tough time is a lag phase wherein we consolidate our strengths, redefine and emerge even more stronger than ever before. Believe in self.

Every action has an equal reaction. Meaning, my life today is a reaction of my past action? So, If I act today; it bears fruit tomorrow? So, My acting today is the fruit of my yesterday's action? Cycle repeats. So, what has to happen shall happen. Its just my imagination that I am performing. Correct?

So, all my feelings and thoughts are just my imaginations. a mirage. not real. Delusions. Is the logic in place?... So, we are just puppets in the hands of the supreme being. No free will. The mere thought that we
