our first kiss ever, he slowly and carefully pressed his lips to mine. i put my arms around him wanting him way to close, for this second.
when he broke the kiss i opened my eyes to see him pulling his shirt over his head.
he kissed me again.
"are you sure you want this right now?" i asked, as he kissed my neck.
"please?" he asked pulling back.
"i need you, more than ever."
the pain in his voice made me reach out and cup his cheek. he covered it with his hand and then kissed my palm then my forearm.
i opened my mouth.
"please." he begged.
i pulled my hand back and tossed my shirt aside.
i couldn't tell what his eyes said, cause he pulled me to the bed.
his skin was warm when he layed on me and i smiled.
seeing my smile he smiled.
"what?"
"your warm." i said, rapping my arms around his neck.
his eyes went dark, and alluring.
"and your cold."
under his intense gaze all mt smart self could say was,
"make me warm, again."
this was all he needed.
he bent his head and kissed me.
once all of or clothes where gone he threw the blanket over us.
"are you sure?" i asked one more time.
"i need this." he said.
i nodded like a bobble head, which made him smile and kiss me.
as he pushed into me he broke the kiss to moan, at the same time i did.
"god i love you Deven Mace."
"i love you Preston James."
afterwards i layed on his bare chest, never wanting to be with anyone else.
he stroked my hair.
"i want you forever." he said.
i was shocked no one has ever said that to me before.
"no you don't.",
i didn't know if he could hear me until,
"yes i do forever."
the sureness in his voice made me look up at him.
"are you sure?" i asked.
he kissed my forehead, and then opened his side draw pulling out a ring box.
"will you marry me Deven?"
again i nodded like a bobble head.
he took the ring from the box, and i raised my shaking left hand.
he took it in his strong one and kissed it.
"relax." he whispered.
"i'm sorry."
"it's okay." he smiled.
this is one of the reasons why i loved him.

when he began to slide the ring on my hand stopped shaking.
"perfect fit." he muttered.
he laced our fingers.
i stared at my finger.
he kissed my temple.
when i looked up at him he was watching me.
i just stared like a dope and he gave me a lop sided grin, that pulled at my heart.
"kiss me." i blurted.
i felt my cheeks go hot, but Preston just flipped us over.
"are you sure?"
i felt a grin come to my face as i whispered,
"i need this."
he smiled down at me.
when his tongue went across the roof of my mouth i lost it.
before i could stop my self i whispered,
"i want you."
"are you sure?" he smirked.
i didn't answer him, i pushed him over so i was on top of him.
"see no pain." i said, looking down at him amused.
there was a hunger in his eyes as he rolled us over and kissed me.
as he kissed me i ran my hands through his semi-short hair,
"don't do that." he said.
"why?" i asked.
"keep it up and you'll find out." he smirked.
i bit my lip, and he bent to kiss me again.
i didn't stop with my hands.
"Damn it Deven," he mumbled, picking up his movement.
i wonder what he'd do if i-
"don't even think about it." he said, trouble breathing.
he kissed my neck, just as i let out a muffled moan.
he collapsed on me,
"told you." he smiled, like he was sedated.
i kissed him once, long and sweet.
he rolled off of me and pulled me close.
after awhile i got dressed.
"i have to get back to the girls."
he kissed me, and i thought about staying.
"dude you slept with him!" Tatum said.
"it's all over your face!" Evelon said.
i went to shush them and Tatum grabbed my hand.
"Holy shit!" she said, shoving my hand to Evelon.
"whoa!" she said, taking my hand.
"guys it's just a ring."
"on a very important finger!"
a guys hand reached over my shoulder taking my hand from Evelon.
i spun around to Tie and Robby.
"you slept with him." Robby said.
"just cause we're gay doesn't mean we can't tell." Tie said.
"is it that noticeable?"
Robby pulled a mirror from his pocket.
i looked at myself.
my eyes where lit with happiness, my hair was mussed, and my cheeks where reddish.
"oops."
"oops." the all said, bursting into laughs.
i soon joined them, the sound of there laugh made me laugh.
"i really love him."
"i know." they said.
"he gets me."
"i know." they said.
"your freaking me out."
"i know." they said.
we all laughed again.
they all got a huge smile on their faces like the total dorks they are.
"what are-"
two large hands spun me around and Preston dropped, the sweetest softest kiss on my lips.
i smiled up at him and right on cue they all said aw, and Marla's ear twitched.
Bounce sat at Evelons feet, a wise smile on her doggy face.
"funny Preston, i don't remember you asking permission to marry our Deven." Evelon said.
"i'm sorry, can i marry her?" he asked.
"yep!" she said.
"yeah." Robby said.
"totally." Tie said.
everyone looked at Tatum who was standing off to the side, arms crossed.
i held my breath as her face broke into a heartbreaking beautiful smile, then and she whispered,
"yes."
at my side Preston let out air, and i smiled at Tatum and she nodded, as Tie put his arm around her.
"so can i get grandkids?" Robby teased.
"you can, so i advise you to be careful."
we both turned to see Gianna in the door way, her perfect brown hair pulled into a side braid.
"well do i get a hug?" she asked.
we all went to her and hugged our vampire mom.
"can i see you two?" she asked, and then turned and left.
Preston grabbed my hand and led me down the hall.
"now i know this is uncomfortable, but i am your vampire mom, so, i understand the engagement, but your not ready for kids."
we looked at her.
"don't be embarrassed, wanting to be together is normal."
"so about kids."
"don't think about having kids and it won't happen."
"it's that easy?" Preston asked.
"yes. now run along."
they all watched a movie and i flipped through the book.
i sat up as i came to a page.
vampire witch.
vampire witches can bring back vamps from the dead, unless put in something with the spell.
"Deven?"
"what?" i asked, looking up.
"you okay, love?" Preston asked.
"yeah."e could
he knew i was lying he could see it.
"why don't we go for a walk?" he asked.
we left and i told him, what i read.
his face went pale.
"and it can only happen on Halloween."
"that's tonight."
"yeah, but it could happen at anytime."
"yeah but my dad didn't know any vampire witches."
"well there we go we don't have to worry."
"yeah."
"what's wrong?"
"nothing." he smiled, rubbing the top of my arms.
"your lying."
"i just don't want him to come back is all."
"yeah."
"it's okay though," he said, trying to make me feel better.
how did i go from worrying about math tests to a bad guy trying to take over the world?
Preston kissed my forehead.
the kiss was soft and a little long, and it scared me.
"Preston."
his lips where still on my forehead.
"don't worry." he said, putting his forehead on mine.
i closed my eyes.
"i love you." i whispered.
"i love you," he whispered back.
he gave me a soft kiss.
"i'm scared." i said softly.
"why?"
"for you."
"how come?"
"cause i don't want to lose you ever."
"hey, hey, hey." he said, holding my chin in his hand.
"your not going to lose me."
"i feel like something bad is going to happen."
"i'll be with you the whole night."
i nodded, taking my face from his hand.
i still had a bad feeling.
"come on let's get ready for the Halloween bash."
after everyone got ready we met in the dining hall, which was trance formed into a party hall, thanks to Tie and Robby.
i kept my eyes open for bad things.
"i'm stealing your date." Tatum said, grabbing my hand, and pulling me onto the dance floor where Evelon was.
when a slow song came on the girls left to get a drink.
"want to dance?"
i turned to Tie's out stretched hand.
" Wouldn't miss it."
"you seem kind of i don't know off?"
bless him to know that somethings up.
"i'm okay, i just have a bad feeling that somethings going to happen."
"like?"
i told him about the vampire witch.
"yeah, i could see why that's bad."
"will you go with me too make sure he's still there?"
"sure, can you sneak out?"
"yeah, meet me at the front doors."
i made sure everyone was busy before i went to the front door.
"maybe you forgot where it was." Tie said.
"no come on." i said, pulling on his hand.
"there it is!"
we ran to the grave.
"that is not good." tie said.
we started at Benton's uncovered grave.
