          While Renee was on the phone I busied myself with checking my hair and make-up, when she got off the phone she told me where he lives, I drove there in record time and then drove straight to Louis house. When whe got there I was taken away, he had the path leading up to his front door lined with candles, and then lights hanging from the trees. It was beautiful I have never seen anything quit like this before. We walked in and the lights were dim and there were candles all along the wall. There were signs that Follow the candles to find your destination oh my gosh it was beautiful. How did he have the time to do this I thought, he was in school all day and then he went to the party store right afterwards. The candles lead us to the backyard we were the first people at the party I saw Louis on the other side of his pool. I ran over into his arm, he picked me up and spun me around, "Louis put me down, I don't want my hair to get messed up!" "You know you love it babe!" he gave me that smile of his that takes my breath away. More people started coming and the party was just starting, when I saw them the nerdy group just staring at me. "Hey Louis I don't mean to be rude but that group of kids over there are just staring at me and I feel very uncomfortable" "I'll ask them to stop staring at you then, I don't want you to be uncomfortable at my party let alone any party." I smiled He's so sweet I thought. So he went up to the nerd group and asked nicely if they would stop staring at me, as he was walking over to me one of the guys from the nerdy group started charging at Louis, "Louis watch out behind you!" I was so scared because I didn't know what was happening. As Louis was turning around he got pushed to the ground and the nerdy guy started punching Louis, I ran inside the house and got Louis parents they came running outside and Louis dad pulled the nerdy guy off of Louis. That's when I ran to Louis helped him up, and took him into the bathroom so I could clean his face up; there was so much blood I was scared. I saw Louis dad escort the nerdy guy and his group of friends (who were laughing the whole time Louis was getting punched) out the door. Louis dad got the nerdy boys first and last name, I knew then that they would press charges. I had just finished cleaning Louis face and putting medicine and bandages on the cuts when his mother came in, "I cleaned and covered all of the cuts, all we have to do is out some ice on his eye." "Thank you so much Jade, I'm glad he has you in his life, and if you want since you did see what happened you will be going to court with us." "Okay just let me know when the court date is and put it on my calendar." She told me that it would be this Saurday at 1:00 in the afternoon. As soon as I got home I told my parents what had happened and that I would be going to the court hearing on Saturday at 1:00 in the afternoon, my parents gave me a big hug. They love Louis and now I see that they treat him like their own son, my parents were really happy when we lasted for 7 years. So they started crying when I told them what had happened and they would help pay for court hearing and the gas that it would take to get to the court. I texted Louis mom and told her and she was very grateful, I'm like a daughter to her so whenever I need something and my parents can't get it for me I go to her and she usually gets it for me.

     I woke up Saturday and realized that I had to go to the court hearing in the afternoon. I took a long hot shower and then got dressed. I went to the kitchen and my parents were awake for once and they were making breakfast. "Morning sweetie, just thought that you would want a home cooked breakfast since you have to go to the court hearing." "Thanks mom, but I don't think that will cheer me up." "Oh sweetie everything's going to be okay, I'm sure that Louis parents will win because if they have you and all of Louis friends will be there so don't worry" I went back to my room and tried to relax, but I just couldn't I was to busy thinking about what happened and what was going to happen at the court hearing. I took another long hot shower and changed my clothes, it was almost time to go. I was going with Louis and his parents, I was too scared and nervous to drive to the court; when I got in the car I was greeted by hugs from both Louis mom and dad. "Oh honey you look gorgeous. How are you holding up?" "Oh well I'm really scared and nervous because I have never been to a court hearing let alone any court Mrs. Tomlinson." "Oh it's going to be fine; we're just going to tell them what happened and then you and Louis friends are going to go up to the witness stand and tell the judge and whoever asks you questions the truth."        It was almost 2 hours after we had gotten to the courthouse when the judge entered the room. Everyone stood up and waited until the judge sat down in her chair; when she did everyone else sat down. The judge asked for Louis side of hte story and then she listened to John's side of the story. John said that Louis provoked him and that he was just defending himself. When the judge asked if there was any witnesses I stood up right away. THe jusge asked me to come up to the witness stand.
