Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. the side of the road, the date. It's been seven weeks since I took my first step on that school bus. I didn't smell like a girl who hadn't had a shower in seven weeks. I wasn't hungry or thirsty, and I didn't need to use the restroom as would be expected after being asleep for seven weeks. Someone had drugged me, and been doing who knows what with my body for those seven weeks. I shuddered as the thought passed through my mind, but I shoved it in a corner and lock it up until an appropriate time that I can deal with it. Imaging the worst would only cause me to panic, and if I was going to survive this, whatever this was, I needed to be able to focus.

I wiped my mouth and once again examined the girl. I was surprised to see a purse clutched in her other hand. I took out my phone and tried to call for help but any number I called started playing that stupid ring tone.

I tried the girl's phone but got the same results. Not feeling right about taking the dead girl's phone, but not wanting to touch the body, I slid the big heavy purse out of the girl's grip. I opened the purse and was surprised at the emptiness of the contents. Only a small billfold was in the purse. I placed the phone in the purse and opened the billfold hoping to find a driver's license so I could give the dead girl a name instead of always calling her the body or the dead girl. I opened it and I was again surprised by the lack of items. I did find her driver's license though. The girls name was Lucy. I glanced at the strangely empty purse and that's when I see a whole in the fabric of the inside of the bag. Thinking that's a curious place to find a whole I reached my hand through the hole and pulled out the objects hidden underneath the fabric. My jaw dropped open in shock as I stared at the objects in my hand. I pulled out five stacks of one hundred dollar bills, and according to the little white paper on top of each stack, each stack had a total of 10,000 dollars in it.

Why would someone my age have that much cash?! Why would anyone have that much cash on them?! No wonder the purse seemed so heavy! I imagined what I would do with that much cash. Feeling guilty for even thinking about taking money from a dead girl, I stacked the money neatly back in the purse the way Lucy had it. I then placed the purse next to the girl and looked around at the seemingly endless rows of trees and the lack of houses, cars, and people.
