Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. I looked at the clock.

2:15. They pounded on the door again.

Who was at my door?

They pounded again, "Fiona!!" I heard a drunken Mike scream from outside my door.

I placed my hand over my chest trying to calm my nerves, "You almost gave me a heart attack." I said opening the door.

Mike came stumbling in, almost knocking over a lamp, "Fiona." His words were a little slurred.

"Mike go lay down in the guest room." I pointed down the hallway.

"No, I need to talk to you." He stood up rather straight.

"Okay," I crossed my arms, "go ahead."

"Please, don't marry Troy." His words felt like they had come to life and slapped me in the face.

"And why not?" I asked swallowing hard.

"He's not the one for you."

I rolled my eyes and laughed, "Oh and yes you, Mike Fuentes, you sure do know who the one for me is." I walked into the kitchen and began fixing two glasses of water.

"No. Listen to me." Mike looked me dead in my eyes and I sat the glasses back down, "You can't marry him."

"Give me one good reason why not?!" I walked from behind the counter standing face to face to him.

"I can't tell you why. Just please don't!" Mike was getting angry with me.

I felt tears swell up in my eyes, "No. Nononononono. No." I waved both my hands in front of him.

"Please." His voice was but a whisper, "I love you."

I could feel the tears and pent up anger boil over, "You don't get to say that to me now!" I slammed my fist down onto a nearby counter, "You had ample opportunities! You chose where you wanted to be. You chose random fangirls!"

Mike placed his hands on my upper arms, "Fiona," I stared into his dark brown eyes. I was under his control. All over again. Mike's right hand caressed the side of my face, "Let me love you."

His lips grazed mine and my body was on fire. Within seconds our hands were all over each other trying to hold on. I had given into him again. He bit my lower lip causing me to let out a soft moan, as I dug my nails into his back.

Mike lifted me up and placed me on top of the counter. His hands exposed my breast. His fingers played with my nipples making me uncontrollably horny.

Once I was moaning from that, his hands ventured lower. He pulled my dress up showing off my black silk underwear. His fingers massaged my clit making me scream out his name.

"Mike," I called out through moans, "Mike."

I was on the verge of climax when my stomach dropped and guilt filled my body, "Mike, stop."I said pushing him away lightly. I covered my chest with my arms, "Please," I choked back tears, "please just go."

Mike didn't hesitate. He grabbed his keys and left. I was alone in the kitchen crying. The ideas of this home being made for two crashed around me. I was never going to be able to hide this.

I looked down at the ring I had received less than 6 hours ago. I needed him. I wanted Troy. I found my phone called him.

"Hello, love." His voice was deep and sheepish.

"Is there any way you can come over?" I tried to sound fine but it was so hard.

"It's late and I'm really tired."

"I know." I could feel the tears coming back again, "I just don't want to be alone right now." They fell hard and they fell faster than before.

"Alright, I'll be right there. Don't cry."

I laid down on the couch, crying, waiting for Troy.

The sun was rising and someone was knocking at my door. I guess Troy must have fallen back to sleep after our phone call. I resituated my dress and opened the door.

"Can I help you, officers?"
