Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. “Symphony, can I ask you a question?” I nodded. “Do you love my son?”
I was taken aback by that. “W-what?”
“Do you love Landon?” She repeated.
I sat down in the nearest chair. “I really don’t know. He is nice and fun and caring and loving, but to be honest Crystal, I don’t think I could ever love someone. Truly love someone. I have been hurt so much.”
She rubbed my shoulder. “I’m sorry Symphony.
I didn’t mean to bring up a sour subject for you. I understand. Hell, I’m sure Landon understands. But do you at least like him? Do you feel forced into this marriage?”
“Yes I like him. A lot.” I sighed. “At first I was furious with you, Derek, and my father for the arranged marriage and all, but I got over it when I found out how awesome Landon is. He is sweet and kind and I love how he smiles at me like nothing is wrong.” I sighed. “He makes my world feel right. And those smiles, they can be so annoying when I am trying to be mad but I still love them.”
“And yet you don’t love him?” She shook her head a little, her eyes were in little slots, her brows furrowed and she looked frustrated.
“I don’t know!” I let a steep breath out my nose as I threw my arms into the air. I thought for a moment. “Maybe I do. Just a little.” I whispered lowly.
