learning about you. But we still feel like we have nothing. We get depressed over small things most of the time. We over think the things we cant control or change and that is the problem. What is love?

 Today felt special. Aaron couldnt really figure out why it felt special. It just did. walking up to the big doors to the school scared him. For some reason he was now afraid of the school. He walked into first hour, kira was wearing a tye dye shirt wiht jeans and red and white converse. her hair was perfectly straightened, She had these glasses on, glasses she didnt need. "why do you wear those glasses?" Aaron asked.

"I use them to cover up pimples on the bridge of my nose" She said as she moved the glasses up to reveal two white pimples. 

Aaron didnt answer and he sat down and got out his homework. The sub started yapping on about exponets. He looked over at kira and she was reading the first harry potter book. 

"I love harry potter," aaron said. 

"i really liked the movies so im reading the books," She said as she looked back down to the book.

"Alright now everyone work with a partner and finish the assignment, its due at the end of the hour," The sub said.

"wanna be my partner?" asked kira

"sure," said aaron nervously. 

"can you turn on the radio?" kira asked the sub.

they worked on the assignment while "what is love?" played in the background.

the class ended mildly quickly. 

Sooner or later it was the end of fifth hour and school was out.

He walked out and kira was standing by his car, his heart started to beat faster and faster.

"hey," he said.

"Hey, i was wondering if i could ride home with you since we live kinda close to eachother,"

"Sure," He said.

They both got in the car. He could smell her perfume. She was fixing her hair in the mirror, He couldnt help but stare.

"Are you gonna drive?" She asked.

"Oh yes sorry" He said nervously,

He struggled to get his keys out, he was shaking. 

"Are you okay?" She said while laughing.

He smiled, a big cheesy smile and looked out the window. Her laugh sounded like heaven.

He started to drive out of the parking lot. He drove into the neighborhood and stopped infront of her house.

"well here we are," 

"Thank you so much Aaron," she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. 

It was soft and sensitive, His cheek tingled afterwards.

She smiled and got out of the car and walked inside her house.

Aaron sat there stunned and smiling.

He drove down to his house. He went inside and showered and was laying in bed. It was about 11:13 when he got a text that read:

"hey, its kira. Meet me in the woods in five minutes?"

He got filled with joy. He got up and put some shorts on and a t shirt and started walking to the woods. 

He saw her standing in between some trees. 

"Hey," She said with tears running down her face.

"hey whats wrong?" He asked.

"my dad went totally crazy and slapped my mom and it really got to me, I know i shouldnt be crying but im sorry im pathetic-"

Aaron interupted.

"No its okay i undertand," he said.

She started crying harder and hugged him. 

He was im shock. He was holding a crying kira morris right now. He lifted her face up and wiped away her tears

"Its okay, Im here now,"

She slowly leaned in and kissed him softly. 

Its true what they say about the first kiss with someone youre in love with, There is fireworks. It feels like someome is setting off bombs in your stomach and your lips start to tingle and your cheeks start to tingle. 

They leaned out. It started to rain. He held her hand and led her to his car. They got in the back seat and she laid on him. He just laid there. Kira was asleep, he leaned his head down and kissed her forehead. For the first time he felt at home.
