Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. I could see his face so I could punch it. "Shut up!" I yell, "Shut up, shut up, shut up

!!"

You get control of yourself. Take a deep breath.

Billy inhaled deeply and exhaled.

Kicking things would have better therapeutic effects than deep breathing. The problem was, there wasn't really anything in the room to kick. The wall would have to do.

After kicking the wall for a minute, I realize there's really nothing to be mad about. I walk over to door just to confirm that it's locked than I lie down on my bed and close my eyes...

I awaken and I'm staring into the purple sky of Tamale-Netam. I hear hooves thumping towards me and I turn to see Billy rushing over. He's half-goat and half-boy with a smooth, black goatee just starting to grow.

"You shouldn't have come here Aceline." He says, "the King's goons are looking for you."

I sit up and my face starts twitching so I grab it until it stops. "I didn't know. I just wanted to leave my ward."

Billy pulls me to my feet, "we need to move now!" He runs down the hill, dragging me all the way. I can hear several pairs of footsteps coming from the other side of the hill. I stumble and take Billy to the ground and we begin rolling down.

I hit my forehead on the hill and Billy slides on his bare back. We tear through some bushes, which slows us down for a second. We pick up speed, going faster and faster until we reach a dangerous, yet thrilling, velocity.

We take a bounce and crash into a bunch of bushes at the bottom. The world is spinning as I climb unsteadily to my feet. My jeans are torn at my knee and there's pain in the left side of my head.

Billy groans and I turn to see that his back is cut up pretty bad. He shakes his horned head, "keep running."

I start running again, looking back at the hill to see several goons beginning to descend it. Rolling down the hill has given us a nice lead over them. We turn up the path into the zoo.

A lot of the animals start going crazy, many of them shout, "There she is! There she is!" a few even scream my name.

I charge up the path, paying little mind to the animals.

"Aceline!"

The voice comes form my left and I turn to see the tigers' cage. Karom's face is pressed againsted the bars, "The King has Kason!"

My heart stops. This is undoubtedly my fault. "What? Where is he being held?"

"At Temale-Netam Square.
