Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. she's dead!" my mothers... that woman's... voice rang in my aching head. No... no this is a dream... this was going to end... I just had to wake up... I felt his touch again. He wasn't a dream... his touch was very much real... so I supose these people were too.
"T-tell me t-they're lying... please..." I begged to him. He looked at me shamely... and even through the pitch black I could see his beautiful eyes... gazing at me through the thickness... and through his tears... I felt the pressure of people closing in around me... one word graced his lips as he got to his feet and backed away...
"Run..." he said... his voice quivering. I got up weakly... my blood had soaked my clothes... and it was still flowling from my neck. It hurt... the cold pulsed through my body and cooled my blood... I could barely move... I flashed a glance towards him... his perfect look... no... this couldn't be... he told me to run... he promised I wouldn't have to leave again... but... I was so confused... I heard his voice again... louder... more intence...
"I told you to run! Leave! Now! Don't come back!" he said... the intensity broke the darkness... and peirced through my chest like shards of glass... I was completely and utterly broken. No... not broken... shattered. I ran as if my entire world was falling apart... which I soon realized it was. I didn't know what was real and what wasn't. It hurt... so bad... but why? I ran and ran... soon the trees began to space out... then the dirt raod... the street... I stopped when I got to the pavement that was sparkling from the moonlight. I was lost... and so confused...
Compuslively I began towards my house... the one I used to call home... slowly, I walked in. It was abandoned... everything was destroyed... but everything seemed... burnt. This was by far the worse... and longest... night of my life.
I was crying so hard I supose I didn't notice the smell of the house... rotting blood... I broke down. I didn't know what to beleive... waht to do... It was absolutelly terrifying. I ran through the rooms viciously screaming for help... but no one came... nothing happened... I was alone. I was deathly afriad of being alone...
I began to panic. Why me... why did all of this happen to me?! I was so confused and just plain wrong. I was cold to the point of it beginning to hurt, shaking ever so visiously... crying so hard, my tears stung my face... blood gushing from my open wounds... I was amazed that I could move at all. I stumbled up the stairs... ran into the darkness of my room... and colapsed onto the remaints of my bed... the window burst open and cold rain made it's way into the room... and I layed there in pain, just crying as hard as I could.
And here we are... alone in my room, crying for someone I didnt know, or at least I thought I knew... he was gone... but... did he ever exist? No... he didn't... wait... yes he did... wait... no! But... he had to be real... he had to be! But... I... I just didn't know... my life could be face... this just a big dream... my life was already a lie, why couldn't it be a dream too? If I woke up... all of this would fade away... but I didn't want HIM to go away... I didn't want to leave this world... all I wanted was him... him and him only... the rest of the world could disapear for all I cared... and that was exactly what I was going to do... make the rest of the world go away...
"I'll be with you..." I said with a possesed voice into the depth of the darkness. I stood slowly but painfully; the pain reminded me once again, this was certainly not a dream... I cherished it so. I imagined his face... his warmth... his kiss... I saw a broken mirror on the other side of the room... broken glass littered the floor... crunching and cutting my bare feet..
I tripped. I felt all the tiny shards of glass peircing my skin. Slowly I turned onto my back just feeling the cold floor... running my fingers through the glass shards.
"Come... please just save me..." I begged and pleaded, screaming to the ceiling. Lightning flashed and thunder roared; aparentally the heavens were responding to my pleas. The only thing I heard was the raging storm denying my request to ever see his beautiful face ever again...
Amongst the glass sliding against my fingers (which by now were cut open, not one place resembled my skin anymore), I found a larger peice of the broken glass. Very slowly I picked it up and held it inches from my face. I was surprised I could muster enough strength to hold it so still. With the next flash of lightning I could see my reflection in the shard. Of everything I could see, I was covered in my own crimson red blood, every inch of my being just one open wound. I also caught a glimpse of the room, the sparkling shards splattered... with my blood... That's when I realized something. He wasn't coming for me... and if he wasn't there... there was no point in me holding on. With a newfound strength with this new ambition, I managed to get to my knees, facing towards the door in any hope he would be there... he wasnt... the whole world was silent and empty and time just stopped ticking by. I couldn't wait any longer... it was now or never... I was completely numb... it wouldn't hurt at all... I raised the peice of glass with both of my hands as high as I possibly could... a singe beam of moonlight snuck from behind the clouds that reflected from the shard... As quickly and with as much force as I could muster, I plunged the jagged peice of glass into my awaiting torso...
I was wrong.

Completely and utterly wrong. It did hurt. So very bad. It hurt more than I could ever imagine anything else. The glass had slid in right below my rib cage, and with each agonizing breath I could feel my lungs pressing against the ice-like shard. The dreaded agony... it hurt... it was as if I had already decendedinto the pits of hell itself... so much pain... with the very last of my underlying strength I managed to yank out the peice of glass... followed by a small puddle of my blood. I felt the liquid fill my lungs and start a constant stream up my throat. With shaking hands I dropped the shard, listening to it shatter against the cold floor...
With a hard thud I soon followed the shard onto the ground. My blood spilled everywhere and stained the ground and the glass further... then everything started to blur. It was getting colder if it was even possible. I felt myself slipping... then I heard a sign of hope... the door opening. I tried, so hard, to raise my head to see who it was, but I couldn't even manage to open my eyes. It was getting harder to breathe...
As I heard the footsteps getting closer I could feel my own heartbeat slow considerably... to the point of me having to ask myself if I was still alive. Someone was crying... I felt the tears hitting me over and over again... with every tear that hit me, I felt a sharp pain as if someone had stabbed me... like I had done to myself just a moment ago...
"Why..." I heard a breathful whisper. "Why did you do this... this is all my fault..." This was his voice... yes... it was him! He had came for me! The glass shifted around me... his arms wrapped around my torso. So much pain... his soft lips graced mine ever so gently and my blood softly stained his face... his tears hit my bare flesh, cooling the intensifying pain.
"My... my l... love..." I mumbled. It came out merely as a low groan... but it gave him enough to know I was alive. I heard a quiet gasp. With much difficulty and many agonizing seconds, I wrenched my eyes open just to see his face red from crying...when he saw them a small smile graced his trembling lips. He moved his shaking hand up my leg and then firmly rested it below my breasts, right over the open wound. You would think it would hurt... you would think it would be unbearable... but no... it felt wonderful... every part of my body was numb and freezing except where he was touching... it felt warm and painless. I didn't want to move... I didn't want to leave...
"My love..." he said lightly. "My love please just hold on... I'm here... I-I can make this better please just hold on! Your gift... your power of beauty and wisdom... I can't lose it please hold on!" I was dying... I could feel it... slipping little by little. I was clinging to his voice... the only thing that seemed real.
"N-no..." I managed to whisper out, more blood rising from my throat. "You c-cant fix me my love... I'm finished..." I reached for him. "I want to be with you forever..." More of his tears fell onto my face. My hand reached his face... he pressed harder on the wound, desperate to stop the bleeding; all it did was make it worse. I started to lose strength in my arm. It was close... very close... I couldn't feel my own heartbeat... and it was impossible for me to take a breath. I needed to ask one more thing to him. Just one. My dying wish... and I couldn't find the air to ask... I supose he realized my struggle for breath, for afterward he tilted my head back and leaned down. His hand now rested on my chest, pressing down in a desperate search for a pulse. At that point I wasn't sure if I even had one. He leaned down to me and kissed me passionately, his tears mixing with the blood. He parted my lips and without even the slightest hesitation, he filled my lungs with air, then watched as I exhaled deeply. It still wasn't enough to get me breathing. Another attempt... then another... and another... Finally, after a fifth and final attempt, I could get enough air to ask my final question...

"Your name... what is your name...?" I asked, running out of breath once again with the words. I could feel my heartbeat now, a pounding, painful thud. Not only could I feel it now, but I could also feel it slowing consistantly, it losing its strength with every passing second...
"My name..." he said quietly, a slight chuckle brushing his lips. My hand fell to my side, and my eyes began to close with the haunting echo of darkness...
"Hurry... Hurry please... your name... your name!!" I thought, screaming it over and over again in my head.. this was it.. There was no time left..
"I love you my Lizzy... I'll tell you anything you wish, if you really wish to know my name, I'll tell you... " he whispered ever so quietly into my ear.
"My name is..."

Then everything went black, and I no longer felt my aching heartbeat, and very soon... the darkness had engulfed me. And soonafter, it allowed me to decend to my death, in the arms of the one I love. HIM.
