Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. he pulled her closer, “I know you have real feelings for Alexander Townsend. If you marry me, I will not send the evidence that will frame him for his father’s murder. Refuse,” he snarled against her lips, “and I will make certain he gets the gas chamber.”
“NO!” Emily cried out, stricken by what he had just told her. “I will not…” he twisted her arm harder. “You bastard!”
“Such language from a well bred young woman,” Wes laughed at her. He picked her up and dumped her on the bed. “I will give you this warning just once, little one. You will do exactly as I wish at all times or Alexander will fry! I promise you.” He yanked her to her feet and removed the lenses that rendered her blind. She struck out at him and he hit the wall hard. By the time he got his breath back she was out the door. “Emily! Stop running, girl! You’ll get hurt!”

Alexander was sitting in his car near the entrance to the amusement park. He had been outside of Emily’s apartment, keeping an eye on her, when Alex had abducted her. He had used his cell phone to call Emily’s family and alert the authorities as he had followed. He wondered again why she had been brought to the old amusement park.
"Emily!" Wes' voice cried out from somewhere nearby. Alexander forgot his promise to wait and hurried off in the direction. He heard a gunshot and Emily's cry of fear and his heart was pounding. "I didn't want to hurt you, Emily. I told you that you would get hurt if you ran." He yanked Emily up by her uninjured arm. "It's just a graze, I'll bandage it for you when we get home."
"Let me go, Wes!" Emily sobbed as he dragged her past the merry-go-round towards the entrance. "I don't want to marry you! I love Alexander!"
"You'll love me I give you the drug, Emily," Wes laughed. "Quit squirming. You'll make me hurt you again."
Alexander crept up behind them and saw Wes slap Emily across the face. He grabbed her wounded arm and she cried out in pain as he tightened his grip directly over her wound. Emily went pale and collapsed to her knees.
"HOw many more times do I have to tell you to behave, Emily?" Wes snarled at her. "If you don't stop I am going to have to tie you up!"
"No, Wes," Emily sobbed and struggled to her feet, hiding the fact that her hands were filled with dirt. "I'll do as you say. Please don't hurt me anymore."
"That's much better," Wes smiled and reached out to stroke her cheek. A moment later he was screaming and wiping at his eyes. "You little bitch!" He took aim at Emily as she ran adn hit the post of a vendor's booth as she ducked around it. "You are going to pay for that!"
