You to Hold

I have not much to give you, just my love and a heart that’s true.

I have no money or fancy things, just the happiness that my love brings.

I cannot give you silver or gold; I can only offer you someone to hold.

My love can make a rich man of you, if you believe that dreams come true.

Cause when you offered me your love, I was the rich one and thankful to the Lord above.

Now I see I need no diamonds, silver or gold. Just real love and you to hold.

Her Wings No longer Fly

If her eyes could tell the story,
You'd know just why they cry.
Her heart has been broken,
With every single lie.
Life's been hard for her,
No matter how she tries.
It seems she can't keep going,
Her wings no longer fly.

Sun shine never shows up,
For her anymore.
Darkness is all around her,
She hurts down to the core.
She wakes up each day,
No hope in her heart.
Everything is the same,
She needs a brand new start.

Still she keeps on trying,
To learn to live again.
Praying each night,
God where do I begin?
She keeps holding on,
Saying there must be a way.
So until then,
