It was like any other morning since i got pregnant. I went into the kitchen and got out the chicken sandwich that i didn’t finish last night. I sit down at the counter and take a bite and out of nowhere I feel a gush of water and I instantly know what just happened. “Jaden!” I yell as I get off the seat. I see jaden come down the stairs and study the scene. I feel a contraction and groan. He comes over to me and we make our way out of the house.

I’m breathing heavy and in so much pain, but Jaden’s hand is wrapped in mine so i feel a little better. I’m so tired but the doctor tells me to start pushing again so i start again and finally i hear aww’s and the doctor say it’s a girl. I close my eyes and smile. A girl. Jaden cuts the umbilical cord and comes back over to me and kisses my forehead. “Now all you need is my last name and we’ll be complete.” I look up at him and smile, “I love you.”
