Srin Leston is having an affair. What had seemed to be an impossible relationship for them at first blossomed into beautifully close feelings that had long been missing with her husband, Sirling Dan. Unfortunately, when Srin leaves the young and handsome Tur Felingston asleep in bed and whispers, "See you Monday." Little does she know what would happen next.
Tur's mansion is torched. His body was burned to unrecognisable crisps. When Detective Kris Dexcor arrives to question Srin, she finds out she happens to be the last person who saw him alive. Whoever started the fire had been watching the house, making sure she had left and nobody else had went in.
As if that isn't traumatic enough, Kris's questions are forcing her to the edge - she wants to be removed from the list of prime suspects but was it possible for it to happen while not revealing her affair with Tur to Dan? No. Or maybe this possibility hasn't been keyed into Srin's mind: DAN ALREADY KNOWS OF THE AFFAIR
