Things are going great for Elle, she's moved into a new house with Jacob (her boyfriend) as she guides herself through a new beginning and chapter in her life.

Persephone's new step-father and the reigning ruler of Vistic, Eragon, is the creator of the Valley Tournament. The rules, fifty men thrown into the Valley arenas where they must fight demons and monster aswell as each other in order to recieve the hand of the beautiful prize at the end of it all.
The Prize?
Faith. Persephone's fifteen year old sister. But instead of letting her sister face the aisle with a stranger, she decides to enter the tournament in the hope of winning. Can she pull it off and make it to the finish line to save her sister from the future she will be forced into?
Gage, a nineteen year old with a history. His sixteen year old brother, Joshua, and Gage had a childhood that would have either made or broken their relationship. Two complete oposites, they somehow made it out as bestfriends in the end, with Joshua depending on Gage for more than he thinks.
But their friendship lacks one truth. One truth that could ultimatly seperate the two forever.
Joshua held back the fact that he was having a secret and taboo relationship with the Ruler's youngest step daughter, Faith. And after hearing about the tournament, Joshua wants to enter the competition and save his beloved Faith.
But Gage knows that Joshua wouldn't come out the other end alive, so he volunteers himself to try and win the tournament aswell as the Ruler's daughter.

In the beginning, Dragons and Mortals alike lived together in peace. As time went on, Mortals began to advance in technology and grow their population to the point where they needed more land and better technology in order to sustain themselves. They turned on their former allies, the mighty Dragons, and took over some of their lands. Their technology was advancing to a point that it began polluting the environment with chemicals harmful to the Dragons. The Dragon Broods strongest members gathered together and met with the Mortals to discuss the matter. The Mortals decided they had no need for the Dragons anymore and would take the whole of Vestom for themselves. This led to the Great War between Mortals and Dragons. Only one would remain victorious.
After the Great War, the Dragon Broods fought amongst themselves over land and the battle split them apart. Each brood claiming an area of land for themselves. Will their in-fighting cause the destruction of yet another brood? Will they be too weak for any future threats? Will one of their own grow to threaten them all... It remains to be seen who will perish and who will survive to see the end of the millennia.
The events of the past have brought about the appearance of the eldest Dragon Lords to bring peace to the land before the broods destroy themselves and the Dragons yet again face extinction at their own hands. Two dragons are born during this time of chaos and destruction, their powers threatening to rip the whole of Vestom apart.

When a farm boy is born and is prophesized to marry the king's daughter, the king becomes worried. He takes action and decides to send the baby boy down a river with no protection but a box which acts as a very weak raft...but what happens when the boy survives? What happens when he befriends the princess, unknowingly? How far will the farm boy be willing to go for the princess when/if they fall in love?
Catherine wants to take control of her life, or at least take control of her own love life. Catherine is being taken to a school to be closer to a Fiance that her parents have picked out for her. She has never seen him, she barely knows anything about him. Although things seem to be going downhill for our Heroine, in the recesses of this new school will she find love? Will this love be her destruction?
