Noblespirit is a CourageClan cat, living with his sister. He hopes to become the strongest warrior the clan has ever seen. But he is being haunted by a cat who wants him to disobey the warrior code and become a savage warrior. Will Noblespirit listen?
This is a one-off book that is part of the ForestClan series. It contains short stories from all three clans, from clan transfers, leader ceremonies and many more. Some of these stories pop up in the main series, some may play important parts in the main plots.
The prophecy cats of ForestClan have still not fulfilled the prophecy, and neither their own hopes. Swiftpaw is desperate to stop Flowerpaw from giving any harm to a certain close friend of his, otherwise her life will be in danger. He is also investiagting who attacked Sandtail in battle, and why. Eagletalon, now finding out that Willowstream has been murdered, wants to find out who killed her, and why. Dawnsong is responisble for the safety of two kits who are apprantly sent by StarClan, but she is still trying to keep her's and Noblespirit's relationship a secret, and she has to convince her brother to tell his clan that he has lied about his bloodlines. Finally, Echopath has to protect her sister's kits from the dangers that lie ahead, and also try to keep her friendship with Eagletalon non-violent.
ForestClan live in a forest, bordering CourageClan and ReedClan. But these Clans have never lived in harmony. Many fights break out, but a prophecy has fortold that 4 cats - 2 full Clan and 2 half-bloods - will bring peace to the forest. But who are they, and will they fulfil their own dreams?
The prophecy is only known to three of the four choosen ones. Their lives have taken huge turns, some for the worst.
Dawnsong has fulfilled her brother's promise to look after Galekit and Flashkit, and now it is time for her to think of her own newborn kits, who are unaware of their CourageClan father. Her secret is still safe, but for how long?
Echopath is troubled by the apprentice's mysterious disappearence, and also by Lionclaw's odd change in behaviour. Her friendships are slowly falling apart as she continues her twisted path, but she must rebuild them before terrible things happen.
Swiftpaw is still missing along with the other apprentices, but they are safe with the Outcasts. After Lightleaf's confusing message to him, the young apprentice doesn't know if he and the other cats will return home safely.
Finally, Eagletalon is grieve-stricken by the apprentice's disappearnce, as his kits are among them. Yet starvation rages his clan, and in this time of hardship, a new threat faces him, a threat that will give him long-awaited answers.
