Still reconciling over the death of one of their own, Fang, Kella, Trish, and the rest of the Oath Keepers and employees of the Illinois Northern Railroad soon find even more trouble headed their way as they are the targets of a suspected arsonist in the area whom ends up demolishing nearly half of the company's most important infrastructure downtown and soon plans on bringing the rest of it to its knees by wiping out even more in his path.
