The supernatural has always been a part of my life, regardless if I wanted it to be or not. I had convinced myself so much of it was the overactive imagination of a kid who spent too much time in his head in order to cope with all the shit life threw at him. The memory is a fickle thing, a picture book drawn by a bad artist, an unreliable narrator picking away at the important bits while slamming square pegs in round holes to try and make them fit a narrative. It is also something of a benevolent protector, shielding us from what lies just beyond the veil that divides our fragile concepts of reality and the sledgehammer that is the truth. These last few months really showed me that. So, where do I begin talking about the events that became the hammer to the glass that was my hated reality?

Dark Tales of fantasy: When evil things happen to good people there never is a happy ending. Meshan Algoric would never get over the senseless slaughter of his family. The pain consumed him. Until a mysterious man comes, seemingly out of no where, and offers Meshan something he can't refuse.

This is a poem I wrote when I was actually quite happy, which explains why it ends on a good note.

I wanted to express what I have always felt at night, as I have been afraid of the dark since I was old enough to know what fear was (don't tell anyone.)

It's short, but I I hope that it conveys my message.

A frightening tale about a dream one you could be told about a dream like the one discribed here. Maybe a friend told you, or maybe it's your own. What should really make you jump is knowing that your mind can come up with this even if it's frightening. Though it scares you others may think it's a simple creation of the mind. This is a VERY short story.

Lisa Benson is a romance novel writer but little do her fans know about her past that she desperately wanted to forget. She was a road racer and owned a silver Nissan GTR Skyline that made her a legend. Until one night, the same car killed her protege and Lisa's life changed. Dr. Brandon Carter is a psychiatrist who despises the legendary female road racer. His girlfriend died because of her. He too has a past he wanted to forget and when he meet Lisa for the first time, his world is never gonna be the same again. Can love really conquer all even hatred and dark pasts?

What if zombies, werewolves and vampires actually did exist? As if the minds of Stephen King, Dean Koontz and George Romero could actually concoct some sort of truth to our myths.

What if we did exist within a form of narrative fiction that we typically take for granted?

What if we were locked up in a house as hundreds of zombies mulled about outside? What if a vampire overtook our small town and it was up to us to stop it?

What If our general idea of normality wasn’t so normal tomorrow?

How would you handle it?

A collection of poetry, filled with dreams, hearts, loss, and love. These are a series of unrelated poems, yearning to be voiced into the open air. I do hope you enjoy them.

My name is Maxine Swift, and I hate my life. Today is my last day living with my mother. My mom and I have lived in Jacksonville, Florida for the last fourteen years. Today, I leave for a town I lived in for three years. My dad's home. If i had known the consiquences I would have turned and ran for the hill...why I didn't? That's obvious, I'm an idiot.

Ella is an normal teen that lives in a normal town with a normal house and normal parents, but what happens when she meets someone that changes all that for her? Will one date change her life? Will she come out liking him, or will they go their separate ways?
