Ida is a teenage girl living in Renaissance Florence with her adoptive parents. She is jealous of Mirabella, a member of the wealthy Medici family. She does strange things just to take revenge and have fun.
This book is about all the adventures that I have experienced in my journey to places where most people do not get to go. This is not just about all the stars and celebrities and their wine cellars but is about people, monuments, things, and places along the roads of this great country of ours.
Since about 1995, wine cellars, have become extremely popular on both the East and West Coasts and of course in the Midwest. My company is devoted exclusively to the design, consultation, and construction of custom wine cellars.
I have built wine cellars for stars, celebrities, sports figures, CEOs, top restaurants, and of course wine enthusiasts across the country.
I now travel around the country in an American Eagle motorhome seeing more of the country in a month than most people might see in a lifetime.
I choose to live anywhere The Wine Cellar RV will take me. I could be eating lunch in Manhattan with a friend or building a wine cellar for a star or celebrity across the country.

These were three provocative "drabbles" (text of 100 words or less) that were submitted for the BookRix drabble contest back in 2010. The entry won second place based on votes from readers and the Bookrix jury.
The author has since continued her studies in wine, and is currently in the process of completing her Diploma via the UK's Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET). Additional tasting notes will be uploaded in a separate book, accompanied by photographs of wine bottles taken by the author.
