The First Children return to find the Soul Rings, Rings with the power to combine two or more souls, so that they may revive the Original. Unfortunately, each of the Rings is possessed by one of Xaos's tyrannical Lords of the universe, ten highly powered god-like beings that rule a tenth of the universe each.
Complicating matters is the aftermath of the Andromeda Disaster and the fact that space has changed dramatically since the destruction of the Void. However, whilst it seems that Xaos and his Lords are the only major challenge facing the First Children, they must face treachery from inside their own ranks and a more omnipotent power than they could have ever imagined...

Working at a Research Laboratory, Kyle Davies and his team find themselves under attack by what appears to be a terrorist organisation. However, events soon become twisted and convoluted when Kyle finds himself being hunted by multiple assassins, all with different allegiance.
It is soon clear that the cure he was researching is something much larger, and that betrayal has been stalking him for far too long....
The Hades Gate is slowly unlocking, as it has been for centuries, and only the shattered remains of the Blade Of Olympus, or The Four Swords, as they are better known, can seal the Gate for eternity when gathered and combined. Xaosian armies invade the planet Raan, destroying much of the capital as the military, led by General Trexor, try in vain to defend the city of Tapal. Soon after, the Xaosians make a power-play against the Empire which will see the Twelve thrown into chaos.
The planet Narcsia is dying. Storms and quakes claim the planet, threatening to wipe out all life on it. The only hope for the residents is Evacuation Day, but Xaosian forces are closing in on the doomed world.
