Alaska Stanford finds herself in a bundle of emotions that continues to play with her thoughts. Her mother left her as a child, and her little brother and father is all that she has at the moment. She longs for more, and dreams of romance. When a mysterious and interesting man appears in her house one night in need of a place to stay due to a blizzard, she finally thinks she has found the romance and mystery she has been longing for for so long. Yet rumors go around that this new guest of their's is much more than what he seems, and she seeks for the truth. She wants to believe him, and he needs her to believe him, but it seems as if miss bipolar can't make up her mind. Lost and distraught, Alaska searches for the correct answers. Will she be able to answer her eager questions and wonders and be able to love the man she has fallen for, or will something life threatening get in the way of her dreams and hopes, and reality finds its way into her life, leading her to her fate?
