This is a sample of writing from a character in a short story that I've written. It is also yet another attempt on my part to write Haiku. It is a work in progress. Feel free to comment.

After coming back from a dangerous mission which left his friend and partner, the werewolf: Emilia in a coma. Anargrin is sent on another mission: to hunt down a rogue vampire. A rogue vampire with no consistent modus operandi and who is exceedingly good at hiding its tracks. So much so even the veteran Anargrin is forced into desperate speculation.
A talking mountain lonely as can be. Then one day a human wanted a grand place to live. So he thought why not live on a talking mountain. The mountain was delighted but he had a condition, you must talk to me every morning before you go to work. The man thought this was easy enough so he agreed. But when life and death come to the human's way, will he be able to keep his promise?
