He is matched up by friends to Laura, whom he keeps running into literally not knowing it is she that he wants to date. With mishaps and adventure, they keep missing each other not knowing the other is wanting to go out with each to her. Friends get involved and add to their problem's. Along with a teen daughter and twins 7 yr old sons, Ken has his hands full. He also has been trying to finish writing his symphony he started years ago and through life's events was keeing him from completeing it. Will Ken find Laura and fall in love? Will his friends butt out of his life. Will the kids drive him insane before he has a chance to ever finish his dream? All this and more set in NYC. This short story came out of my experience while working in the hotel industry some years ago.
I have finally arrived at a pack. I am welcomed to the pack, but I don't see everyone warming up to me. Emma and I don't warm up to each other. Will we ever learn to get along? And will we survive the first week in the plains?

Rawstralin had brought him to the Fortress not to train him to just be a great soldier, but to be the perfect partner. He was to be the Captain of the Fourth army, Araken’s best friend, and anything else the other demon needed of him.
It was in this task that he saw the first of his dreams coming true and nothing could’ve brought him such happiness. He isn’t the one that lead the Army to victory or the one that put fear into the hearts of their enemies. No, he was the demon that held the great legend to a pedestal and made Araken able to achieve such feats
