Sweat slowly drips down my eyes causing a stinging sensation. my heart pounding hard I am vision out on only one thing as I look up I see a clock the time slowly counting down. As every second passed a my I would feel a sense of discourage fulfill me. It was the championship for all of the middle schools in Richardson, Westwood warriors against lake highland wildcats with lake highlands leading seven to zero and west woods ball on the ten yard line. as I got ready to take the hand off my feet felt like water my head spinning in all directions a field of red jerseys coming toward me I brake the first and second tackles I get closer and closer to the goal line, when all of a sudden I feel a shooting pain up my leg and I hit the ground seeing nothing but white light. When I became conscious I see an old familiar man with a voice hard to forget saying “Tyler are you alright“. I tried to talk but no words came to me. My mouth was dry as the Sahara and I was dizzy. The first thing I said “was did we win” my coach replying with a sour face said “don’t worry about that right now we need to get you some medical attention” once I heard those words I knew something wasn’t right I could feel this constant burning in my leg that wouldn’t go away. I tried to get up but fell right back down. Later on when the ambulance came I discovered I had a torn a.c.l
Whatever that was I knew it wouldn’t be good. I needed crutches for 4 weeks and a boot for 2 I knew that wasn’t enough time to be healed up for the all-star Richardson scout game in 5 weeks where coaches from 10 collages come see what talent Richardson had to offer for there future players I had been fortunate enough to be the only one from my team chosen but unfortunate to have this happen to me. I say to myself theres always next year in high school but It didn’t make me feel any better. My mother was no more upset than me I

Afiena is just on the verge of self-destruction when she had learned about the monster within her. She's a vamp, for crying out loud! She hasn't imagine herself being a vamp. Crazy things follows. She met her mentor, the man who taught her everything about herself, and how to live with it. Her knight-in-a-shining-tux!
