chapter 1

grass thier was green green grass everywere. i always come here when i close my eyes at night its always the same. im sitting, thiers no sun and no stars, but thousands apon thousands of fireflies so i can see everything. in front of me thier are mountians and to my right thier are more mountians and the begining of a lake that goes into the darkness to my left thier were more mountians and behind me thier was a trench and behind the trench was a rock wall.
well i stand up and turn around so im facing the trench thiers a wooden bridge that goes out about 5 feet then turns to my left. i walk over to the bridge and i pause thinking before getting on. i follow the bridge till the wood part ends. the wood half had railing the second half didnt have railing the second half was orange. it turned and went out another five feet so it almost reached the rock wall i fall here cuz i dont notice the sudden change. i fall and fall thiers no ending.
i end up back in that clearing and i do it all over again i fall again and start over. i fall about seven times then i get it right. the bridge turns a sharp right thats why i keep falling cuz thier isnt any railing. when i finally get it right the bridge starts to sing its a bueatifull song i love it its almost like a lullaby.
it sings,
"alone in the darkness the child arrives she knows not the fate that awaits her lalalalalala she cries out in the middle of the night for what she dreams is unnerving little does she know her dreams will soon become reality"
well i liked the song and i heard no more of it for i entered a cave that wasnt visible from above for the bridge had slanted downward. it was a tunnel and as i walked threw it i heard the wind like when its really windy outside and you can hear it blowing. i become puzzled. i exit the tunnel into a dessert. it reminded me of the sahara. and i discovered the scource of the sound. the wind her was horrible despite the fireflies giving me light i couldnt see five feet in front of me. but apparently i was going the right way because soon i entered another except this was like a crevice in the rocks halfway threw the crevice i turned into a cave. thier i took a nap. then i left the cave and went on threw the when i exited i was in another clearing this one was concrete but the fireflies were laying on the ground across the way i could see another cave entrance. then i looked up and saw neon lights everywhere they lit up the sky in a vibrant way and i knew that this was thier sun. dont ask me how i knew i just did.
i continued across this clearing being carefull not to step on the fireflies. i entered the next cave and had the impression i was in a theatre without the seats and no stairs leading off the stage so i jumped off and headed towards the back of this room. thier was door at the end i opened it,

well you see thats all i knew. because this was a dream a strange dream that i dreamed every night. but at the moment i was in math class i had finally finished writing down my dream, when my teacher took it up. i hated her and she hated me. but then again everyone hated me. im sure you go to a school where they say no wierd colored hair. well i couldnt help my hair. it was light purple it had always been light purple. but that was probably why nobody liked me.
ms. gonzalas or as i called her ms. evil walked to the front of the class holding my dream, and then she read it outloud. i could feel my cheeks burning read as the other kids laughed. when she had finished, she threw my paper on my desk and said.
"let that teach you to write in my class instead of paying attention."
"yes ma'm" i mumbled under my breath. then the bell rang i was so glad that the day was over. but i didnt know that id never to come back. i walk home alone because i have no friends. im different than everyone else i cant help it. with my light purple hair the darker purple eyes. but was it my fault i was different? my parents apperently thought so they never even notice im home. but they let me stay thier thats good enough for me.
i guess it was by fate that i always carry extra utensinls in my backpack along with my favorite books. i always carried tape scissores glue bandages and usaully some apples and pears plus a fleece blanket that was wrapped up in my purse. thats pretty foolish isnt it but i never kbew when my parents would forbid me to come home.
when i reached my front door i could here them yelling so instead of going in i got my neccesities out of my backpack and placed them in my purse from the mailbox i grabbed my hairbrush i always kept in thier and some hairties like thirty of them.
then i left my backpack by the front door.
once again i suppose it was by fate.

chapter 2

i headed towards the nearest gas st atian with a pay phone so i could call my one and only friend who was nineteen and yes i know im only fourteen but it was ok because we were both girls.
now along with being my only friend she was also the sweetest person i have ever known. so she would most likely let me stay with her for the night.
when i reached the station i dug in the bottom of purse for some change.
