I wake to the sound of *BOOM* *BOOM*. I knew this was going to happen, that those things would come eventually. I just didn't know when, how, and where. I then run out of my house, within minutes they are coming. Everyone is screaming and running for their lives, some run to hide in buildings yet some people just keep running. I choose to run into the nearest building, a coffee shop. When I look out the window I see the streets covered with glass, papers flung out everywhere and cars that have crashed. There was one person out there who looked familiar from the back of them yet, I couldn't find out who it was. Well, considering the fact that I can only see the back of them. Next thing I know one of them is popping their head open like a coconut, ripping apart their flesh, and then eating their meaty brain.
As soon as I see who was the victim I burst out into tears. Its like life had just lost all meaning. The victim was the person who was there for me when I cried, who stood up for me when I needed it, and loved me for who I am. It was my Best Friend.
I tried to hold in my crys of saddness yet, I just couldn't. A zombie then bursts in, I reach for a crowbar that is lieing on the floor. He comes in at me, mouth wide open, ready to eat my flesh. I then whack his head with the crowbar leaving a large wound in the center of his forhead. Unfortunately, that's not enough to knock him out. He then pounches on me, putting all his weight on me to keep me from moving. I try to fight him, yet he is extremely powerful. I try push him away from me as he is snapping his jaws like a dog or something. I then finally manage to get him off of me. Running at him, I hit him about ten times with my crowbar on his back and neck. He then bites me on the arm before he dies.
Suddendly everything becomes blurry, I try to keep my balance but it's no use, I then with a loud whack fall to the ground. While I'm asleep those things must of killed all of the people in the street because, when I wake up theres those things everywhere. There is no human in sight. Those things seem to notice me yet they don't do anything. They don't run at me, they don't try to hurt me, they gust glance at me then they continue walking the streets doing nothing. I reach for the crowbar I used to kill of the um... I'm just going to call them...Zombies. When I reach for the crowbar I notice something quite perculiar, there is a large bitemark on my arm. Then I realized that I had just become...one of them.
