Something Unsettling

The cold shuddered the girl as she stood there, next to the lake. The girl had nice long dark hair, beautiful eyes, blue like the sky. Yet- something dark was glitining in her eyes. This girl was one of the only ones of the whole winter wonderland that had the powers to shift into a human.

What was she you may ask?

A Dragon!

This girl's name was Mystic.

Mystic loved being a dragon shifter, a dovahhon. She loved the felt of the wind, but she also loved the soft feeling of her human hair, her human skin.

She loved EVERYTHING about it.

Mystic stared at the ice. Something about it was different. A uneasy feeling for her. The ice seemed more.. blood stained.. more red speckles but in a flash, it was gone. Like a vision.

"Dii dovahon kiir" Spoke a voice, lower, but femine. "What's wrong?"

"Dovahkulaasse." Mystic muttered, turning her head to see a dark violet dragon. "Nothing is wrong."

"Nokke."  The Dovahkulaasse nodded. "Mystic, dii kirr. You tell nokke."

" I'm not telling lies, I just feel uneasy about something." Mystic anwsered.

"Are you sure?" The Dovahkulasse asked, tilting her giant head. "Would you like to speak about this over dovahsos berry tea?"

"No thank you." Mystic shook her head, refusing the offer. "Tell Kendov I''ll be in our cave by krientum."

The Dovakulasse nodded and started to walk away.

Mystic turned her head back to the lake and saw something black flash before her eyes.

What was that?

Blood. Thats all he smelled. Blood. Blood dripped from his mouth, from his fangs, from his claws. His scales were pitch black and his eyes were a meancing red. He let out a fearsome roar as he stood up on his hind legs. He was not in control of himself, he did not know what he was doing. The reason why Cerin was acting like this because he was a hunter. A hunter of dovahons, and he had just killed one. One called Kendov, perhaps. Maybe he mistaken Kendov for some dragon else. What was he doing?

Blood stained pictures

Mystic was uncertain about the roar that she heard eariler and was uncertain of what she saw. A million thoughts raced through her as she raced back to her and her brothers cave. She was running as fast as she could on her tiny claws. For a dragon of the winter, she was small. Her claws were small, her scales were small, her whole body was small. She felt sweat dripped down her nicely purple and white scales. She slide over ice.

Shit!

The small dragon slipped andn fliped down some rocks. She felt blood ringed in her ears. She let out a lower growl as her tail thrashed about, moving some rocks. Mystic lifted herself and shook her head, shaking the particles of ice off. She then continued to run off.

Once she got there, she let out a furious gasp. There were blood and guts spilled everywhere, claw marks on her brother's scales, ripped out flesh. It was horrifying, it was dangerous.

Mystic backed up, terrified of what she had saw. She didn't witness it, but she sure did see what the aftermath is.

She finally backed up to something, or someone.

There was low, low growl.

The dragon had bumped into Cerin after seeing what happened. To his eyes, she was beautiful. Crystalized spikes, purple and white scales, dark green eyes. It was more than he imagined. But he had to kill her, kill a witness.

The dragon screeched. 'Krii! Krii! Rok krii Kendov!'

She was speaking an unfamiler language  to him, but he reconized the name 'Kendov'. His In had told him that it meant 'Warrior'. He needed to know what she was saying.

'He killed Kendov!' She screeched backing away from him, but Cerin covered her mouth.

"Sssh, Be quiet!"

She was muffled, eyes widen as she tried to scramble away.

"You shall tell no one about this. No one will know of this." Cerin hissed as he scrambled off into the darkness.

The dragon girl was peritrifed.

Framed Mystic

"So, who killed Kendov?!" The guards asked again, but more firecly this time.

Mystic gulped and didn't anwser them once more. "I-" She didn't know what to say, she didn't want to say that someone else killded her brother. She had to..

"I killed him." She lied, taking the blame for what the other dragon had done.

The guards looked at eachother and growled. "You killed Kendov? One of the firecest, bravest dragons are there?"

The imgaine of the dark grey and white dragon came to the young dragon's mind and she nodded. She felt like this was the wrong thing to do. But what else am I to do? Say the truth that will get me krii?
