the first of every month. Within a few minutes number of questions passed through her mind. She tried to gain strength to face the situation and became little bold and decided to open the door very slowly. Thereafter the events took place were beyond her expectation and ended very fast one by one!!
When Priti tried to open the door cautiously, a strong man came in front of the owner of the house and stopped her and with his right hand and leg pushed the door and with the left hand shut her mouth. She had to struggle very hard to be free from this man. He entered inside. Priti could see him with full consciousness and realized he was the same person to whom the police department had announced cash award. When it was confirmed to her, as he was none other than a criminal, she fell on the floor with giddiness.
Priti! Priti! A voice came and water sprinkled on her face, which made her to open eyes slowly. She was lying on the thigh of her husband Pravin. He was treating her with special care. Then, she regained consciousness and asked Pravin to lodge a complaint with police to arrest the thief, who entered inside. Pravin was laughing and said nobody was there. Her husband had clarified that the rowdy she had seen in the television was a sequence in the serial, wherein the announcement was made to nab the culprit. She was utterly failed to distinguish between fiction and the real life due to fast changing of channels.
Priti would have come to know the truth, if she were watching the serial for at least five minutes nonstop. Pravin also clarified her that the man with mustache seen outside was real. He was an insane person moving in the town causing fear among the children and the elders. The cell phone in his possession was a toy phone. She also understands from Pravin that he was continuously looking our balcony and thereafter knocked the door. The owner of the house came at right time to prevent the mishap. Priti realized the remaining series of events were nothing but her own imagination due to psychological pressure.
By the time, Priti stopped memory of recollecting the past incident; there was sound of call bell. She went to the main door and opened. The same friend Saroja, who telephoned sometime back, arrived to report the latest position of the burglary in the locality. Priti was feeling comfortable to overcome from the loneliness, because of her active involvement in recollecting the past incidence. Saroja informed the burglary incident in detail to her friend Priti.
