<<font;14pt>font;_bold>I tried to get out from under his grip but of course he was to strong than me. I tried to grab my swords but he had my wrist in his cold hands I was stuck. I kicked at him so many times that my legs felt like jelly, but it never worked he was rock solid if I’m going to die I rather die fighting I thought to myself. I felt his teeth sink into my neck I screamed out in pain. I heard one the bloodsuckers talk to the one on top of me “don’t drink too much just enough to knock her out, he wants her a live“I felt myself slipping away very slowly felt helpless.I stopped strugling when something ripped the leech off of me; I laid their unable to move I was too weak. I lifted my head a tiny bit but not too far it didnt feel like it was connected to my neck it flopped back to the ground. But before my head landed back on the cold ice ground, I saw a boy dark brown hair I couldn’t see his face it was turned away from me. I turned my head to the side to see two more run into the alley that when I slipped away into the dark.

I heard the scream before I even turned the corner into the alley way. The one I been looking for all night was being drained and I was nearly too late to save her. I ran down ignoring the snarls coming from the other vampires that surrounded them and grabbed the thing off her she just laid there not really moving. I chucked the man across the floor he collides with one of his mates. As if by magic my gang appears down the alley running at full speed. There skid to halt next to me, I turn to see if she was alright but she wasn’t she was awfully pale and not moving much. I turned to one of the boys to tell them I’m going to take her back to the head quarters before she loses too much blood. I bend down to pick her up she was like a rag doll in my arm so small and fragile.

I could sense someone next to me without opening my eyes there were so close to me. I open my eyes to find some boy staring down at me his green eyes so pure I could just stare at them all day. He Smiled down at me reliefed to see me awake most probably, I tried to move but I was in so much pain I whimpered when I moved any of my muscles. His smile dropped from his face and concern was written over his features “don’t move” he stroked his hand down my cheek; thats when I realised that his hand was ice cold. I jumped off the bed and fell to the floor “stay away from me” my voice sound a bit shaky and my whole body was killing me from the impact of the floor. He walked around the bed towards me I tried to crawl backwards but I just screamed out in pain where I collided with wall I had scratches and bruises everywhere. He kneels down infront me, my eyes to him must have been enormous with terror. I was scared I never been scared before maybe because I had felt something when I looked into his eyes, his beautiful emerald green eyes. He stroked his hand down my cheek I turned my face away from him “please don’t hurt me” I didn’t know where the begging came from; Maybe the begging came out because I not ready to die “Holly I’m not going to hurt you” he lifts me up and lays me back down on the bed.He pulls the covers over me and tells me to close my eyes and rest; I tried to stay awake and not listen to him but drifted off anyway.
I woke up from a restless sleep to hear whispering coming somewhere near me the room was dark I couldn't see anything. It was easier to move now I wasn’t in so much pain anymore. As I sat up the lights came on the two who were whispering were standing near the door staring at me. I recognized one of the boys who were standing by the door he was the one from the alley who stop the huge vampire from sucking the life out of me. His green eyes locked with mine I know he was a vamp but he had the most amazing eyes. I fisted my hands so my nails dug into my palms I can’t have any feeling for a bloodsucker even if he so damn hot. The other one was giving me evils and walked out of the room when the door shut he walked towards my bed his green eyes were on me. He sat on the side of my bed i shuffled away from him “how you feeling” he grabbed my chin gently and turned my head so he could look at the gash on my head what scabbing over. I looked away from him when examined my gash “I’m fine” he let go of my chin but hie eyes were still boring into my face “don’t be scared holly I’m not going to hurt you” he smiled at me. I felt like I could trust him but he one of them, you can’t trust a thing what comes out their mouths. I got off the bed to put some space between us “I’m not scared of you” he smiles at me again “then why do you keep trying to put space between us then”. He walked around the bed towards me I backed up until I felt the wall on my back I went to move sideways but he blocked me. His hand was inches from my head he boxed me in with his other hand position on the other side of my head. He was so close to me I could smell his scent he smelled like chocolate and winter merged together. “Why are you scared of me...... wait let me guess you feeling this pull between us and your scared of yourself for feeling things for a leech thats what you call our kind” I shifted underneath his gaze, his smiling was a joking kind. What he just said made me want to slap him “I’m not scared of myself and I don’t feel any pull to you” his smile got even wider. He moved closer to me so our bodies were touching. “Sweetheart you can’t lie to me I know you feel the thing between us it not the first time we met but you won’t remember because I made you forget........... Do you remember when you were 5 years old? And the night your dad didn’t come home” she nodded to his question. But why was he asking her about it “all I know is that waited for him until I couldn’t stay up no longer” he shook his head. “There was more to the story than you can remember that night you met me” he smiled a sweet gentle smile at me.
