presence instantly. “My name is Victoria Wyvern. It’s an honor that you’ve graced our mear kingdom with your presence.” A brunette teenager, with pale skin and cherry eyes, said. She had on a pink skirt that went down past her knees and a skin-tight blue-ish blouse. She resembled her parents in almost every way.

“What are you doing?” He asked as Andrew turned the corner to see his daughter kneeling in front of Locus. The elf guard followed after the king, both of them surprised to see the princess kneeling. “You may stand. Treat me like a normal person.” Locus said after getting a not-so-hidden clue from Andrew.

Victoria shook her head. “How dare I treat you like a normal person. You’re the reincarnation of the Creation God Czeco!” She declared.

Locus crouched to meet her eyes. “Currently, I’m a teenager who doesn’t know who he is anymore. I’m not some spectacular hero who has numerous achievements to his name. I’m some unknown kid with a future that could kill him. Treat me as Locus and not the reincarnation of a god.” He said as he took her hands and raised them, forcing both of them to stand.

“If that’s what you’d like… If you want me to… Locus.” She said, slightly blushing, before running off. Locus watched her as she ran down a hallway and into her room.

“Creation God Czeco is an important being to our kingdom. She’s been raised to treat Creation God Czeco and his reincarnation with the utmost respect. She seemed to be trembling in your presence. Fortunately, you managed to calm her down. I thank you for that.”

“I get that he’s important to you, but I’m some kid that has no idea what he's doing. I am not a powerful being that could topple kingdoms. I’m myself---Locus the outcast.”

“Switching topics here, I heard that you have Inspect.” Andrew then motioned for a nearby butler to grab five brown burlap sacks of items for Locus to inspect---which could raise or decrease its value.

“I think I’m going to look around,” Locus said, turning around.

Oh, no, no, no, no, no. I need you to do this before the ball.” Andrew said as he grabbed Locus’s shoulder.

“Why do I have to do this?” He whined to himself.

“Because Harley wants to clear out my storage room to use as her workroom. She wants me to throw away everything useless. The only problem is that I don’t know what’s useless and what’s not.”

It’s going to be a hard couple of hours, thought Locus. I regret blurting out Inspect.

The Next God of Creation: Season One [Episode Four "The Ball"]

With all preparations completed, Locus was fitted with his suit and thrown into the ball. The king held the large ball in Locus’s name and invited every noble from every corner of his kingdom. Every noble attended the event to see the reincarnation of the Creation God, the mystical being that many doubted would ever appear. Now here he was.

Locus arrived at the ball, walking through a double set of doors and revealing himself to the ball’s attendees. Every noble looked at Locus, admiring him. Fathers whispered seducing orders to their daughters and friendship orders to their sons. They wanted to attach their family name to Locus using any tactic they could.

He walked past the nobles and kneeled in front of Andrew, showing respect to the king. Andrew nodded at him, ordering for him to rise. Locus nodded, standing up. Andrew then stood from his throne, approaching Locus and resting his hand on his shoulder. “Welcome Locus, the reincarnation of the Creation God Czeco. He has been summoned to lead us against the demon kingdom and bring prosperity!” He declared, patting Locus’s shoulder.

Locus turned around, facing the large crowd forming in front of him - all of them roaring in applause and cheers. “Do I have to talk with everybody?” He whispered. “I’m not that sociable.” Andrew nodded, lightly pushing Locus towards the crowd.

“Well… see ya!” He said, sprinting away in the opposite direction.

That’s the king? Locus thought. He’s the one in charge of an entire kingdom?

Locus was subjected to two hours of grueling communication with every noble that had attended the ball. He witnessed many fathers showing off their daughters to him while mothers displayed their sons’ feats. It was a weird experience for the loner Locus to be the center of attention; almost a terrifying feeling for him. However, he felt something else. A tense atmosphere had enclosed the ball. Communication between people seemed forced or hostile. Men in lavish outfits had intense staring contests with each other; putting themselves in standstills. Everything was wrong with the ball, feeling more like a battlefield than a party.

After his initial contact with the nobles, he was given a second of peace. Unfortunately, the peace was broken by Andrew, returning to the ball after leaving abruptly and throwing Locus into a pit of fire. Locus wasn’t happy to be reunited with the foolish king.

“You threw me like a chew toy into a box of puppies!”

“I understand, but you must know…” He leaned in, glancing around him. “... I hate talking with nobles for hours upon hours.”

Locus nearly raised his hand against Andrew but restricted himself. Hurting the king in front of a room filled with witnesses and being sent to the guillotine wasn’t the option he wanted. He had already decided to become a hero, so unheroic things were not on the plate for him.

“Fine, then answer me one question. Why is this room so tense? Everybody seems so hostile to each other.”

Andrew let out a big sigh, slightly shaking his head. “You figured it out quickly, didn’t you? Most of the nobles here belong to one of the five Great Families of the Wyvern Kingdom. The stronger three families---Gladwines, Ackergs, and Winthropes---and the smaller two families---Averyes and Underwoods---make up ninety-five percent of my nobles. The stronger families have been questioning my kingship and I’ve even caught some assassins sent by them. They want to dethrone me and rule over the kingdom. The other two families, on the other hand, are supporting me, but even that trust is breaking down.” He then lowered his voice, leaning in again.

“Spies sent by the Averyes have already targeted me. My men have caught a few, but there are more. I’m afraid that the families will soon dethrone me and take my spot. My only chance to prevent that is to use you for achievements.”

“Then-” He started before glancing at the new center of attention. A beautiful blue-haired girl had strolled into the ballroom alongside her father and mother. “-I was summoned to help you keep your kingdom.”

“It seems so,” Andrew remarked before clearing his throat. “Follow me and I’ll introduce you to the last true family supporting me, the Underwoods. Hayden Underwood, Mina Underwood and---their beauty of a daughter----Tuesday Underwood.” He then ushered Locus towards the family.

Hayden noticed them, kneeling immediately. His wife and daughter followed suit, all kneeling in Andrew’s presence. “Rise,” He ordered. “There is no need for that here. Instead, let’s rejoice. Hayden, follow me to my private chambers. Your family, meanwhile, can enjoy their time here.”

“Of course, my king,” Hayden said, bowing his head. Andrew nodded before directing Hayden out of the room and leaving his family behind.

“Good evening, my name is Mina Underwood; I am the wife of Hayden Underwood. Next to me is my daughter, Tuesday Underwood. She will be turning sixteen years of age in a month. I hope that she’s up to your standards, your Holy Sire.”

“It’s nice to meet you. My name is Locus, servant of King Andrew. You also don’t have to call me ‘Holy Sire’. Locus will be fine.” He told them.

“It’s n-nice to meet you, Locus,” Tuesday muttered, bowing her head. Locus could tell that she was nervous. She was jumpy and constantly glancing around her.

“It’s nice to meet you as well.”

“Oh, and-” Mina started, hoping to speak about Tuesday’s achievements in an attempt to butter her up for Locus. However, she was interrupted by a fight. Two of the men dressed lavishly were activating spells to use against each other. Locus had heard a few words from them as he passed by them but never expected a fight to break out.

“Give me a second, ladies.” He told Mina and Tuesday before turning away from the. He headed towards the fight. He prepared his Creation Magic, a magic circle appearing at his palms. His Creation magic was about to be in use - even without any experience.

The Next God of Creation: Season One [Episode Five "Prepare"]

Locus had no experience with his magic, never needing to use it since his reincarnation. He was hailed as the legendary incarnation of the Creation God with little understanding of his true powers and worth. He was unsure of his true purpose, aside from stopping the war. Why was he stopping the war for?

Magic circles formed on his palm, the yellow light brightening as Locus approached the men. A nearby waiter approached the men, trying to calm them down but was hit by a stray attack that threw him backward. One of the men, a blond older gentleman, pointed his palms towards the other man, brandishing a red magic circle. The other man, an older and frailer man, stood straight as his palms were outstretched towards the Red Circle Man. His magic circle was green.

“I dare you. The Gladwines wouldn’t be cowards, right?” The Green Circle Man asked, clearly mocking Red Circle Man.

“I do dare!” He started chanting, preparing to unleash a skill. The Green Circle Man did the same, both rushing to fire the first skill.

“They’re doing this inside of the castle? The king will see them.” Locus overhead a woman on his right said. He agreed with her words, taking another step towards the men.

How do I activate my skills? What chants do I say? Locus thought to himself. He hadn’t been given training for his skills yet, something that would’ve happened the next day. Today was set to establish Locus as a hero and get him a wife.

Locus was only a few feet from the men, receiving strange and pitiful stares from onlookers. None of them were strong enough to intervene, throwing their worries to Locus.

“Light Wall,” he muttered. Nothing was emitted out of his palms, the magic circle remaining in place. “Hey Czeco, I need help.” He muttered, his voice low enough to avoid being detected by the others. If he were found out to be calling Czeco’s name in
