I was in the training gym with Will when we heard her cry. The new She-Demon's cry. It had been a long ass day. All of us were cranky and bitchy after tracking down a rouge group of vampires (not the sparkly shit that are in those awful movies.) and it took forever to wipe them out. Shane needed to blow off steam before he could be around anyone else. He was throwing left hooks and trying to pin me down but I was blocking his blows and throwing a few of my own. And then we heard an "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". All the sudden me and shane got shivers and a feeling in the pits of our stomachs that it was a new demon. A she-demon to be exact.
Will: Is it a new one?
Me: Yup I think so. and it might me a girl.
Will: no way. theres only 2 girls that are demons. the rest of us are guys dumbass.
Me: You dont think i dont know that?
Will: Dont get on my case about you stupidity.
Me: whatever. lets go get Ryan and Jack and see whats going on.
Will: Kay
We left the gym and walked over to the flat where we lived.
Will: RYAN! JACK! GET YOUR ASSES DOWN HERE!
Ryan: What are you yelling about?
Me: New demon...and we think it's a girl.
Jack: I hope shes hot
Will: YOU think its a girl...I just want to go get whoever it is and then get food.
Jack: Leggo.
We left the flat and flashed (we can teleport! fuck. yes!) into a highschool cafeteria.
Jack: What do we look for?
Ryan: A girl laying on the floor unconsious thats convulsing uncontrolably?
Me: Yup. that would be it.
We all went over to the girl and looked at her. Dirty blonde hair with dark navy blue highlights in her bangs and pale peachy skin. Pretty curvy. Short from what I can tell.
Me: lets get her out of here..
I wasnt aware of the fact that an entire student body was watching us untill someone coughed involonterlly.
Me: uh....you didnt see anything..?
Will just shook his head and we left the school. On the way back to the flat we took a car since we had a possible newbee and well....we didnt want to kill her....yet.
The ride back was pretty quite, with all of us glancing at the girl every once and awhile. When we got back to the flat, Will took the girl into his room and laid her on the bed. Me, Ryan and Jack followed behind him.
Ryan: Is she going to be okay?
Will: We hope so
I looked at the girl and she looked...dead. Pale, extreamlly skinny, but...she did look pretty cute. Small, but cute.
