Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. Prologue~ Going Under

~Hope's POV~

It felt like it was all a dream. I can't remember much of it but I remember falling into the vast ocean. I don't remember why I was falling, I just remember falling. I didn't scream or think at all, I was just falling. I fell into the water, my body sore from smashing into the sea. While I was under water, I examined everything the dark pit below me. I ran out of breathe and I swan to the surface. As I peeked my head above the water a big smashed into me and was being tossed around, caught in the waves as they kept coming down on me. I felt something grab my ankle and started pulling me down. I tried to swimm back up to the surface, but I couldn't. I couldn't breath and I kept tryig to swim up but instead I was going under. After a while of thrusting my arms trying to swim to the surface, I gave up; I couldn't breath. I thought I died. As I was being pullede down, someone grabbed my wrist and pulled me to the shore. I gasped for air, breathing heavily. I looked into the man's face and I saw these baby blue eyes that made me sink into my own skin. He pull's his dark brown hair back. Drops of water fel from his chin.
"Are you alright?" He asked in this thick Scottish accent. I staired at him and he cradled me into his arms. I laid my head on his chest and I was tring to listen for a heart beat but there wasn't one. I thought I was dreaming so I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I woke up, sweating in my white tank top and gray sweats. I pulled the covers off of me and ran to the bathroom. I turned on the light and looked into the mirror. I looked at my face and saw nothing but sweat covering my face. I let a sigh out and turneed on the faucet of the sink. I cupped my hands together and water falls into my hand. I splash the water into my face. I turned off the faucet and wiped my face off with a white hand towel. I turned oof the bathroom light and climbed back into bed.
