Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. Chapter 1
“Schuyler, do you know where my journal is?”
“No, Elaina, I don’t know. Would you leave me alone?”
“But-, fine.” I put back on my headphones.
I took of my headphones. I turned around to see if my bratty sister was still there. She wasn’t. I got up to close the door. I looked down at the floor to see if Elaina left any of her barbie dolls in my room again.I noticed a black leather shoe at the foot of my door way. So I looked up.
“What are you doing here?”
“What? No, ‘Hi Josh, how’s it going’ or ‘So, Josh how is it, now that you moved.’.”
“Not since the night at Gustavo’s Italian.”I tried to slam the door in his face, but he came in.
“Come on,” Josh said looking at me “That was seven months ago”
“Oh, so you’ve been counting.” I said tilting my head to the right a little.
“Look, I got caught up in some business okay.” Josh said still looking at me.
“Let’s not talk about that right now.” I said looking away “What are you doing here anyway?”
“My mom got a new job and has no idea where we are going to live. And since I told my mother- since it’s just the two of us - that you have two extra bedrooms she said that we can live here for a while.”Josh said “So my mom called your mom, and here we are.”
“What? So now you’re living here.” I said knowing what the answer is.
“Yeah.”Josh explained. “Hey, at least try to be nice.”
“How about you lea-” My mother interrupted
“Everything all right in here?”
“Yeah, everything is all right Abby.” Josh said still looking at me.
“Okay. Are you guys doing anything tonight?”
“No, we-” I exclaimed
“Actually, yes.” Josh looked up to my mother “We are going to a movie.”
“What?” I yelled
“Oh that’ll be fun” my mother said ignoring me. “Well you guys have fun.” My mother left.
“Why did you tell my mom that we’re going to the movies?”
“Because, Schuyler, we are.” Josh explained.
“Fine, There’s no point of arguing. You’ll just sweet talk me.”
“Aw, you know me so well”
“But no fooling around.”
“Done.”
“Because, I have peppermint spray in my bag.” I really do.
“Okay, I’ll come back at six.”Josh looked at his watch. “In three hours. I hope that’s enough time for you to get all dolled up. Seriously you look a mess.” He said sarcastically.
“Wow that’s a great way to sweat talk a girl.”
“Whatever. See you at six.” Josh said leaving.

Chapter 2

Josh pulled up to the theater’s parking lot. There was silence for a while. Josh interrupted the silence.
“So, what movie do you want to see?”
“Do you mind seeing a 'Red Ranger'?” I said looking where Josh's hands are.
“I thought you hated horror movies”
“People change” I looked up at him.
“In a month?”
I gave him a shut-up-or-i-will-make-you-shut-up look.
“Okay, okay”, Josh said, holding up his hands. “just don't be crying on me when Red Ranger shoots somebody's head off”
“ I wont be the one crying”
“Is that a bet I hear?”
“Unless you want to back out”
“well how much?”
“20 bucks”
“Fine. You are on”
We entered the theater.
............................................
”Wasn't that a great movie?”
“Yeah. I guess”
“You are just all sad because you have to give me 20 bucks” I exclaimed.
“What? No”
“Yes, Josh McCoy. You oh me 20 dollars. Pay up”I said holding my hands out, palm up.
“Fine”Josh goes in his pocket and gets a twenty “here”
Suddenly the guy watching us carefully, grabs a knife from his belt and stabs the only person I have ever loved.

Chapter 3
'Josh,Josh." I yelled out crying.
I bent down and shook him.
"Plase, get up." I cried "Josh? I love you so wake up."
Some one grabed me from behind and lift me from the ground.
"let me go" I had tears all over my face now.
"Shush, it's okay. It's okay ma'am" The cop said.
"No it's not." I jabbed the cop in the gut, but he still didn't budge.
He let go of me.
I went down and huged Josh and put my lips on his. I looked up and prayed he'll be okay.
Thr anbulance came and took him away. I started to cryagain, "Please Josh, wake up for me. Because I loveyou and i can't liva without you"
I pulled out my phone and told my mm what happened. After we both cried i asked her to take me to the hospital.
