Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you donโ€™t realize the full power of fiction. She stole him

My social life is ruined. All because Stacy spread that rumor that I have AIDS, which is so not true! I made it clear to her, but she's not worth my friendship anyway. Tory and Gabby won't talk to me either. That just shows how shallow they are. I go to my locker in the sophomore hall and scroll my combination. 24 33 42. A firm finger taps my shoulder. A shiver goes up my spine. I bet it's Stacy confronting me about some other rumor. I turn around reading to snap at her. But instead of Stacy stands Chad. My heart races! His sandy blonde hair is perfect and his Carribbean blue eyes keep me staring. Why would he want to talk to me? Especially after the rumor.
"Hey Ivori!" says Chad. "I was wondering if you new what the math homework was?"
"Yeah, page fourteen, questions A and B." I reply with a smile. He nods and with a grin walks away. Phew! The one time I decide not to slack off on my homework. I whip back to face my locker and Stacy is there; arms crossed and brow furrowed. I back away and go into my classroom. I don't want her starting a scene in the hallway!
All I can think about first period is Chad. He's a sophomore too, so he wouldn't mind being around me...at least I hope. Lunchtime comes and i get my usual; a slice of pizza and a small salad. Then it comes to me , where am I going to sit? I think back to my old seat with Gabby, Tori and Stacy but that's out of the question. A muscular arm waves at me. Chad! He motions for me to sit with him and his friends near the water fountain. Which is so much better than the empty table near the trash cans!
"What's up?" says Chad biting a slice of pizza. I reply and sit with his friends. it kinda awkward; me with all these guys. They're all talking with their mouths full and pounding fists on the table. My eyes wander back to the table where I used to sit. My eyes lock with Stacy's and I give her a mischievous grin. Yeah, I'm sitting with Chad! He puts his arm over my shoulder. My cheeks feel warm but I feel real smug.
At the end of the day, at my locker, Chad comes up to me. He's been flirting with me all day, winking and smiling at me.
"So do you want to go to the movies with me later?" asks Chad, running his hand through his hair. Of course I do! But, I can't just say that.
"Yeah, I'm free today." I say, trying to be nonchalant, but interested. Good thing he doesn't know that all my Fridays are free.
"Cool, I'll meet you at the theater on Main Street at six o' clock!"
I nod and he walks away. I'm screaming inside! I'm going on a date! I'm so happy. Though it seems all most too good to be true. This better not be a prank. I round the corner and see something that makes my heart sink. Chad and Stacy are kissing. i rush on the bus to my seat in the back. It hurts. Not because I thought Chad was "the one". Because he chose her over me. But two can play that game.
