Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. CHAPTER ONE - V say what?!?!?

Night was falling as small Tatiana Rayes ran through the forest, her faded black jeans and tshirt helping her blend into the scenery. God, she hated them. She hated them all! All they ever did was tell her how bad she messed up, and she was done with it! She didn't want to be related to any of them, didn't want to live with them, didn't want to be in the same world with people like them.
Ma Petite, I can help you.... A silky smooth voice whispered through her mind, making her run harder. The only think worse than them was The Voice. She'd been hearing The Voice for almost a year, and she was crazy, she knew, she thought, trying to ignore it. Now, Ma Petite, is that any way to treat family?
Go away! She screamed in her mind, her pale cheeks stained with icy tears. All she wanted was to be alone, she didn't want The Voice's help, or anyone elses! She had a bag of two pairs of clean jeans and two clean shirts, she had her CD player and all her Emilie Autumn and Eminem CD's. She didn't anything else and she didn't need anyone.
I could go to Gran..., she thought, worrying cracked and sore lips against her teeth. But then she would call Them and I would have to go back! Her mind shreiked, her eyes widening in worry. She had no where left to go. Her real mother had died, years ago, and her bio dad didn't care about her or he would have stuck around 11 years ago when he'd found out mom was pregnant. She was an only kid, her foster parents hated her guts, she had been homeschooled so she had no friends, and Gran was the only family she knew how to find.
544 Oak Road Trust me, Ma Petite, that is the only safe haven
Bright Creek, OK for you now. Go there, you will be protected. The Voice whispered through her mind, strong and sure.
Wiping her eyes and frowning thoughtfully, Tati decided to trust this mystery voice of hers, after all, what else could go wrong? Her life sucked and she had almost nothing left to keep her here on earth. No reason not to take a few risks, she thought reasonably. She would go to this Bright Creek, if they didn't want her, she would leave, simple as that.
Snapping on her head phones without removing her black and red Braves hat, that was, as always, on her head backwards, covering a head of long thick black hair that she kept in low pig tails over her shoulders. Hitting play on her CD player she listened Hayley Williams and B.O.B. sing about airplanes and wishes. You guys have no idea..., she thought bitterly, stepping through a grouping of trees and pulling out her compass.
Okay, Voice, which way? I mean, you do know the way, right?
Of course, Ma Petite! Go south until I tell you to stop.
Okay? But if i get lost, I'm blaming you!
A soft almost ghoustly laugh flitted through her mind, quiet and soft. For a second The Voice sounded young, happy, alive. But then it was gone, like the wind on a summer day.
