Samuel understood that he is full of anxiety and despair with no meaning
in his life. He thought that he is just simply existing. He made a decisive

He realized that his life is so meaningless and absurd.
Most people believe that they can make themselves feel a certain way, can
think themselves into a different mood. But he discovered that he only ,as
a simple person ,cannot direct, but he can only influence his emotional life.
He cannot by himself to love the right mate, to want the right thing,
or to be happy after a sad event.
He can castigate himself for his failure ,when his emotion cannot be commanded.
