Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. She woke up on a cold slab of concrete, shivering and alone. where, why, how?

Still tired and sustaining a throbbing headache, she fell back into the darkness.
The second time she awoke, still no essence of time or space, she became more aware of her surroundings. As she tried to stretch out, she realized that there were four walls encasing her in this prison of sorts. The cold, drab stone seemed to have no end vertically, and there was neither sky or ceiling showing, just never-ending of grey stone. The house was small and carpetless, with no visible door or seams except the stairwell leading down to the basement, equally drab and empty. who, when…

her thought was interrupted by a horrible grinding sound, like crunching bones. This lasted for minutes, soon accompanied by some sort of alarm.
After what seemed like hours, the noise finally stopped. It took awhile for her to register, but she finally rose from out of the corner, taking her hands off her ears cautiously and supporting herself by leaning on a wall. As she walked over to the adjacent wall, noticing the distance was considerably shorter. The room had grown smaller and trapped her while she was distracted by the noise.
Human instincts instantly turned to animal, and she began clawing the walls, screaming and jumping frantically.
“let me out PLEASE. I don’t deserve this.” silence “you can’t do this to me, you-”
“yes we can.” The subject was obviously not up for discussion. Just one thing left to say…
“WHY?” no answer.
Deciding against making another attack on the solid stone that encased her, she eased her back into a corner let it steal her heat away, trying to make sense of her situation. who am I? why me and what have I done? The headache returned, hammering on her left temple and blocking her efforts to think. Tired, sore and cold, she drifted away to escape this pain.
