Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. Prologue

"Are you sure you would like to travel further Madam?" asked the burly Guide in his heavily accented Eastern Indian English. The woman, barely in her 20s, glared at him. Her eyes, looking as dangerous and similar to what she seeked, made him turn away. "Of course." he mumbled as he led her down the well worn path. And its usage did not go unnoticed. "Have any truly been sighted here Guide Patel?" Patel shook his head of black curls, "No Madam, and we too shall be lucky if we do not see any." He almost did not notice that she had stopped some way back. "Madam?" he asked uncertainly. She put her hands upon her hips, an action that immediately made Patel feel exasperated. AS his own daughter often took to that stance and would whine. The woman however did not whine, instead she shook her head and motioned to him to come to her, "well it a wonder no one's seen one! They know its where we are and avoid it! I'm sure that if we walked off the ridiculous path we'd find some!" Then like the Fine Creature she seeked, she gracefully disappeared into the jungle. Patel almost screamed. He raced after her all the while thinking to himself, "Crazy! She must be! No man has ever left this path, especially not a woman! She gone mad!"
Patel stopped then, realizing he lost her. Dread filled him now, he was a professional animal tracker. How in the world does he lose a HUMAN!
