I strolled down the street and felt a hand grab my wrist, and the drunken man slurred, "How much for a night?" I turned to face him, and i said, "Keep your hands off of me." He staggered, and i placed a hard kick and watched as he fell to the ground unconscious. I fished out his wallet and pulled out all of his cash, dropping the wallet back next to the man as i turned and walked back to my apartment. I tucked the money into my wallet, and a hiss came from the alley a few yards ahead.
I smirked and pulled my hood up, and i crept into the alley and sank the stake into the vampire, yanking its victim away as i pulled out a match. I swipped it and let the flame drop, and with a loud whooshing sound i was staring at a burning corpse. I turned back to the victim, and i finally saw him. It was a teenage boy who looked my age with raven hair and deep blue eyes, and i knelt next to him and froze as i watched his wounds close. The scars vanished, and the boy said, "What happened?" I snarled and scrambled back, and i turned and scrambled toward the exit of the alleyway, only to be grabbed and dragged backwards.
I kicked out and caught his jaw, sending him flying, and the boy stood and said, ''easy! I'm not going to hurt you!'' I grabbed a stake, and i spat, ''I know what your kind does!''
