Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. The Group and the Girls

                                                         Author's Note

The Trenchies are a fictional clique made up by yours truly who wear nothing but black and have a King and a Queen. The King is either bald or has hair down to his waist and he wears black makeup. The Queen can look like anything she wants to and can be seen snuggling up to her man, the King, or gossiping with her girls if there are more females in the Group. Sometimes there is no Queen because there are no females in the Group. If there is one female, she is automatically the Queen. There are different ways to decide who is the King and Queen, sometimes by an innocent game, like arm wrestling, sometimes it's silly like booty popping for the girls. Sometimes it can be more serious, like fighting. The men most often fight for the title, and the women rarely fight. Instead they show off parts of their body and the King decides who he likes best. The women are treated with more respect by the men and people outside the clique. They are in no way allowed to have a romantic relationship with anyone outside the Group.

Zeke looked at his watch. Chak was late. Zeke sat down and rubbed his bony hand over his smooth bald head. He watched as their mortal enemies, the Jocks and Populars, walked by. "Ditch alert!" someone yelled. Zeke ground his teeth. He hated every one of them, except Sasha. He was madly in love with Sasha. She had long black hair, with perfect curves and features. Their song was Paralyzer by Finger Eleven. Chak ran up to him, panting. "You're late," Zeke growled. "I know," Chak said. He shook out his long blond curly hair. "l had to stop for gas, then l saw Priscilla walk by with Austin." You could feel his hatred when he said Austin. Austin was the most popular boy in school. Priscilla was the most popular girl, and she was Austin's girlfriend. Zeke knew Chak loved Priscilla. She was a beautiful blond cheerleader who loved beauty. She always commented on other people's beauty and clothes. She also acted flirty.

Zeke loved Sasha. Chak loved Priscilla. Both chicks were beautiful and popular. It should be so simple. But it wasn't. Trenchies were thought of as creeps with no brain or heart. Only one chick knew the truth, but she moved away. Zeke felt lonely without her, even though he still had Chak, Xander, Cody. Unfortunately Xander was dead. He was Zeke's older brother. He was the whole reason Zeke couldn't stand jocks, unless they were female. To him, jocks were murderous lying wretches. The jock who did it didn't even get in trouble. Zeke kept the razor Xander used in his pockets, by his wallet. He also got his brother's money and many of his things. Xander had black hair he constantly cut himself.

Cody caught his breath. Zeke and Chak are going to kill me. he thought. He knew he was late. Cody stopped and felt his stomach drop when Victoria passed by him. He watched her beautiful hair swing by. Her hair was so golden and pretty, no one could tell if it was blond or red. She glanced at him, with his eyeliner and short brown hair and piercings and walked on. She honestly didn't know if she liked him or not. If she admitted it out loud, she could be dropped off the cheerleading squad and reputation ruined. Cody stared at her. Her boyfriend Russell wrapped his arm around her. He grinned at Cody. Everyone knew how he felt about her. He hated himself for not punching his enemy. He slowly walked up to the building. Zeke greeted him with an icy glare. Chak raised his eyebrows. "My...sister...woke...up...late...she...almost went to...work...first.." Cody breathed. She was really his sister in law. His brother got him because his father was an alcoholic and drug abuser, and his mother refused to leave him. Zeke and Chak helped him move in two months ago. His parents threatened his brother with the Supreme Court, but his grandparents, aunts and uncles, and even Zeke and Chak's parents reminded them of their abuse. Zeke knew how much it hurt to have an abusive father. He had one.

His father had wasted so much money, they rented a small part of Sasha's house, which Zeke liked. He loved to think that they were finally a couple, but they weren't and Sasha pretty much ignored him. He turned and saw her sitting with another cheerleader listening to B.O.B. She looked beautiful. He wanted her. She glanced at him, and he quickly turned away. The bell rang to open the doors. The nerds went in first, followed by loners and drug users. The jocks, cheer and yell leaders and populars walked in next. Sluts. Except for Sasha. He loved her. He always would. Always has, always would. His daydreams were broken by someone throwing a can at him. "Creep!" Austin yelled. "Robot!" "Freak!" "Moron!" "Reject!" "Slut!" "Pirate vampire werewolf!" Zeke held up his middle finger. He suddenly imagined himself holding Sasha and rubbing her hair. He went to his locker and put his jacket in it. "Hey." He turned around. Sasha.

He sucked in his stomach and stood up straight. She gave him the once-over. "You're really skinny," she said. "So are you," he said. She ignored that, even though it was meant to be a compliment. Zeke felt hurt. "Look, I need a yell leader, like, now. All the cheerleaders do, and Priscilla assigned me to get one. What do you think?" she asked. She caught a whiff of Axe Cologne. He smelled better than she thought he would. Zeke chuckled. "If I was a crazy ass dude, I might help you. It's just not my type. Sorry, babe." They both stopped. "Sorry." Zeke quickly said. He tried hard not to blush. He didn't want to look like a pansy in front of her. He knew she was trying to use him, too. She had learned that trick from Priscilla. Speaking of which, Priscilla grabbed Sasha's arm and dragged her away. "Come on, there was almost a fight!" she said. "Between who?" "Some freshman chick and a senior cheerleader! Luckily I know how not to get her kicked off the team!" Zeke had to admit he was interested. A catfight can be pretty sexy.

Yep, a brunette and a blonde. The brunette senior was winning. The blonde freshman, he noticed, was wearing a mega short skirt and pink camisole. Her shoes were for strippers. Brunette, whom he recognized as Mia Kenir, pushed Blonde against a water fountain. Water spilled everywhere. Somebody played fight music. The bell rang, but nobody cared. Blonde ripped Mia's shirt off. Mia rubbed Blonde's hair against the wall and pushed her in the water. "What a messy fight!" Chak whispered. Zeke's heart skipped a beat. He hadn't seen him. Into the servery. Food flew everywhere. Zeke hadn't realized he'd wrapped his arms around Sasha to protect her. He didn't care. Lucky her, because Blonde nearly shoved Mia into her and Priscilla. Zeke pulled her out of the way. They shouted good insults and punched each other. People texted. Most of them said 'FITE- FIGHT!!!'

Zeke walked away, suddenly uninterested. He walked to his first class, Aerobics. He wasn't the only one there. The only reason why Chak and Cody and Zeke didn't take weights or p.e. was because of the jocks. Besides, Aerobics always had girls in it. Lots of girls. They really didn't care that there was mostly feminine things in the room. Even the carpet was pink. Cody felt himself suck it in, stand up straighter and bulg his already big muscles out because Victoria had this class this period. He waited while Mrs. Fir walked out and took roll. "ZACHARY!" the old lady shouted. "That's ZEKE!" Zeke shouted back. "PRISCILLA!" Victoria turned around and faced Cody. "Oh God, she's not here. She left with Samantha to grab a latte but she was supposed to be back by now." "PRISCILLA!!!" Fir Tree shouted again. Cody looked at Victoria. She looked scared and nervous. Yes, now was his chance to impress her. "She threw up and went to the nurse's office." Cody said.

Fir Tree looked at him. "How do you know this, Mr. Troy?" "'Cause I was right there. She almost puked on me." "Oh." Fir Tree turned back to her clipboard. "BRIANNA!" Cody felt a sense of relief wash over him, until he saw Zeke's eyebrow raise. Zeke really didn't care about the fact that he'd helped Victoria, he knew he loved her, but he secretly wondered why he helped Priscilla, whom he didn't care for. Chak was secretly grateful his friend helped his crush.

Sasha could not stop thinking about Zeke. She didn't know why. Sure, he smelled great and had big brown eyes and a bald head. Sure, he had tight arms and awesome legs. She realized she'd been listening to Liberty X's Just A Little a lot more. She wanted to see more of him. Just a little more. She looked up as Rachel Wieners walked into the room, late as usual. All the boys turned their heads to gawk at her chest, and her skimpy outfit. A super-ultra-micro mini three inches long, a tank so low cut she looked like she put it on backwards. She thought she was hot. Well, yes and no. Sasha didn't like her. Neither did Sarah, an ultra-popular Karen Smith from Mean Girls look-alike. Sarah took a secret picture and forwarded it. "Come on, don't tell me you've never dressed like Rachel," Sasha said. She didn't know why she felt the need to suddenly defend her second grade bully and a total slut. "It's not like anyone in this school has never had or thought about having sex or being a slut before." she said.

When she looked around, people were staring at her, mostly in amazement, shock, and approval. Only one person was looking at her in disgust, a total nerd-girl who didn't know the difference between being a bore and being yourself. While Mr. Mish, the hottest teacher in school, walked by, he whispered "Good one," in her ear. She felt herself swoon. Any girl would kill to have a compliment from Mr. Mish. The only problem was the age laws and student-teacher-relationship laws. Gorgeousness in a teacher form came in one package: Mr. Mish. She watched in amazement as he sat down, put his glasses on, and took roll.

Priscilla was amazed and confused when Sarah texted her about Sasha. Sasha was a good friend and Priscilla was the one who rescued her from the bully who pulled her hair and made fun of her plump lips. And yet here she was standing up for that bully. Priscilla re-thought her tactics. She could barely focus anyway, because the stupid teacher was late again. All of a sudden, a gorgeous male with slicked-back blond hair and thick-framed glasses walked through the door. All the females turned to this interesting creature. He was a little weird looking though. His middle finger was oddly long and stiff. His eyebrows were perfectly groomed but a little slanted. A tattoo of a crescent moon was on his golden neck. He looked worried and afraid. Mr. Weirdly Gorgeous quickly shut the door and straightened his tie.

"I'm the new student teacher. My name is Mr. Wolfe. I'll be here all year. Where's Mrs. Pollond?" "We don't know." Priscilla quickly said so he noticed her first. When his gaze fell on her she sexily shifted and blinked. Austin turned red. "And your name is..." Mr.
