Four spinning tops spin on the floor.
Five. Six. Seven. Eight.
Eight spinning tops spin on the counter.
Nine. Ten. Eleven. Twelve.
Twelve spinning tops spin under the door.
"SPIN SPIN SPIN!" A little girl shouts in glee as the little spinning tops twirl around. An older woman chuckles and spins another top. "YAY!" The little girl yells. "Shhh. Anabeth, we are right here." A lady says stroking the child’s hair. "But mommy! I love the spinning tops!" Anabeth shouts jumping up and down. "Careful you will stop the spinning tops if you keep jumping." The older woman says to Anabeth. "Ok grandma. I will be careful." Anabeth says looking at the tops spin. A few minutes were spent looking at the glorious sight of the twenty-four spinning tops. As they spun round and round a snowflake fell to the ground. Twenty-four spinning tops spun, only to stop and ruin all the fun. Twenty-four spinning tops spun on that cold winter day, only to stop and hear the little girl say, "But mommy! I don't want to leave yet!"
(I know it isn't very good, but I wanted to remember some of the good times with my grandmother and this is what most were about. This is fictional with only little things being from real memories. I'm sorry if you don't like it.)
