The tortoiseshell she-cat slunk into a stalking position. This time the she-cat wasn't stalking prey, she was stalking the murderer of her brave kit, Featherkit, who had bravely died for her siblings. Redstar was downwind of Brightstorm, so it made it easier for her. All Brightstorm heard before something was clawing his neck up and trying to kill him. Redstar sunk her teeth into his neck, holding on tight until she tasted a warm gush of blood from Brightstorm's throat. Redstar let go, letting Brightstorm stumble over and collapse. Redstar turned Brightstorm over. All Redstar heard from Brightstorm was a gurgling of blood in Brightstorm's torn neck and as she saw in his eyes was hatred, and she could almost see his fear. "Brightstorm, you killed my kit, and this is what comes upon you for that!" The she-cat yowled as the last light from Brightstorm's eyes dissapeared. "May StarClan dismiss your sorry tail to join StarClan!" Redstar hissed as she got up. Redstar then turned and started to walk back the way she came. Redstar was about to just be on the border of her clan's territory when three large male cats jumped her from behind. "Mouse-brained stupid furballs! You cowards!" Redstar screamed and she began to fight all of them at once. The she-cat managed to stumble away across the border with very serious injuries. Redstar got as far as the middle of the camp when she finally collapsed. "Redstar!" Her sister, Birdsong, and her mate, Pondstar, both cried at the same time.

Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. So using our website in your free time discover fiction for yourself.
