Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. Beginning & End

Hi my name is Katie
I am three
My eyes are swollen
I cannot see

I must be stupid
I must be bad
What else could have made
My daddy so mad?

I wish I were better
I wish I weren't ugly
Then maybe my mommy
Would still want to hug me

I can't do a wrong
I can't speak at all
Or else I'm locked up
All day long

When I'm awake
I'm all alone
The house is so dark
My parents aren't home

When my mommy finally comes home
I'll try and be nice
So maybe I'll just get
One whipping tonight

I just heard a car,
My daddy is back
From Charlie's bar
I hear him curse in anger

I hear my name being called
I press myself against the wall
I try to hide from his evil eyes
I'm so afraid, I started to cry

He finds me weeping
Then he calls me ugly words
He says its my fault
He suffers at work

He slaps and hits me
And yells at me more
I finally get free
and run to the door

He's already locked it
And I start to bawl
He takes me
And throws me against the wall

I fall to the floor
with my bones all broken
and he keeps saying bad words
I scream "I'M SORRY!" but its to late
His face has been twisted into a evil shape

The pain, the hurt again and again
O please God have mercy,
O please let it stop
And he stops and heads for the door

While I lay motionless
On the dirty floor
He leaves the room
and slams the door.

My name is Katie
I am three
and tonight
My daddy murdered me.

A note

Hi everyone.
My name is Natasha,
I wrote this book
because I once was
a victim in child abuse.

It hurts, it really does.
No child should be treated this way.
Because it does not lead
to a happy result.

If you are a victim in child abuse,
do not keep your mouth shut,
tell a friend or a trusted adult.
If you have a true friend,
that friend would tell someone
and you will be helped.

SPEAK UP ! Because you can.

But remember something,
there are kids out there,
little babies who are being abused
and can not tell anyone.

If you have been a witness
in seeing a scene of abuse,
SPEAK UP!
Because you can be a hero to a helpless child.

- Thank you. and have a great day. : )
