Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. MOM!!!!

The cool air gently blew the leaves around the smooth concrete. Autumn was dawning in Beachford. The green tree leaves were browning and reddening, and the air was growing colder and colder each day.
Alexis walked down Main Street, on her way home from another long day at Beachford High School, and walked warily down the street as she turned on 25th Street. The cool air rubbed against her bare arms. The air sent a chill up her spine, and she flipped her backpack over her shoulders and dug into it for her PINK sweater.
As she pulled out her sweater, a glint of black flashed passed her. She thought it was just her imagination, so she carried on pulling her sweater over her head. Throwing her backpack back over her shoulders, she continued walking, her heartbeat increasing.
As Alexis was walking, faster now, she saw it again. Alexis started scrambling for her phone. As she was nearing her beach front house, she heard a soft crunch on the gravel. Quickly, she flips open her phone and speed dials her mom.
After the third ring she picked up.
“Hello?” Alexis mom asked.
“Hey.. I’m almost home, but I am really creeped out!” Alexis shreaked.
There was a pause. “*CRASH* OHH! James! You devil!! Oh... Is everything alright?”
“Whats going on? Wait, I don’t want to know. And obviously not! I’m freaking out mom! DUHH!!! Theres like some wierd noises and they sound like they are following me...” Alexis answered.
“Well! James, if you say so... Go ahead and take ‘em off. What the hell are you still standing there honey?! Oh.. And Alexis hurry up and get home! Dinner’s almost ready anyways.”
Then she hung up. Alexis started sprinting. Her house was about one more mile away, and it seemed like forever. As she came up to the front door, panting, her mother was standing there, with someone behind her. Not just someone, Alexis thought, its my high school teacher! And he’s shirtless! And my mom is without her pants!!!
“MOTHER!!!!! What is high school teacher doing here shirtless?! And where are you pants!?” Alexis shouted, surprised at the own anger in her voice. I knew my mom was single, but is she that desparate!!!??
“Isn’t it obvious? We are dating!”
