Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you donโ€™t realize the full power of fiction. WORST Season of ALL!

Uhh, Winter has finally arrived (Not that I want it to). One of my least favorite seasons, and why you may ask? It's because of my family's new winter hobby.

Recently my family has decided that every winter (which basically means once a year), we will go skiing in the Alps. Seriously, I hate skiing! I haven't actually tried it but I can tell that's it's not gonna be fun sliding down a super high mountain halfway across the world. So...things don't seem right.

I'm not really familiar with snow either so it doesn't really take rocket science for someone to figure how this vacation will turn out. Anyways, since I have nothing to look forward to, this has got to be the worst season of all!

Pack YOUR Bags AND Get Ready!

I woke up early the next morning in a grumpy mood. Trudging down the stairs for breakfast and the next thing I knew, I was sitting on a velvet coated chair in front of a large table.

I couldn't believe it, this vacation was messing with my mind. I've never really had this kind of short memory loss so something was fishy. Most of you probably think being this reluctant for skiing is a bit extreme, and it might be but I don't know how I forgot the journey from the stairs to the breakfast table. Lost in thoughts I went back to my room tried to pretend nothing weird happened, it wasn't easy with the experience still fresh in my mind so I decided to lie down and rest a bit.

When I woke up I guess about 30 minutes had passed by, I went down and met my parents. They told me we will be leaving in about a week and the Alps are in Europe, then they told me to pack my bags and get ready. Reluctantly I went back up and started my packing.

HORRIBLE Flight!

Waking up early the next morning, we had to take a flight to Europe. I wasn't really excited, or you could say that I wasn't excited at all. Having some eggs for breakfast and I started to think that any feeling has to be better than the way I am feeling right now.

We arrived at the airport after what felt like days of driving. We arrived 4 hours before the flight, I've always wondered why don't we come 2 hours and 30 minutes early instead so we don't have to wait for 2 hours at the boarding gate. I guess the flight might decide to change the timing so its always better to stay on the safe side. We finished with a bunch of random nonsense and went to the boarding gate.

What happened next is horrible. The flight was like, 3 years long and we went through a lot of turbulence through the flight. I always thought the way people react to turbulances are overrated but this time, the pane was shaking so much that it fell like the pilot's mission was to throw us off our seats. After three years we landed. Okay to be honest it was more like 8 hours but it felt like 3 years.

YOU Call THIS A VACATION???

The airport and the view outside was good but in a week the view of the hospital won't be good when I injure myself. When you have a fever or something, you come to a hospital but almost everyone in there is sick too. So what is the point of coming to a sick people's camp? The airport was almost empty except a few flights going to Dubai, Sydney, and Singapore.

We did a bunch of nonsense like immigration or whatever, then we headed out to get a cab to take us to our hotel. After a while the cab arrived, we had a big problem because the size of the cab was too small to hold our suitcases. We figured it out, and I know this sounds crazy but the handles of the cab's door felt colder than the atmosphere around. I guess the driver put ice packs on it to get the Christmas vibe.

We reached the hotel after a long cold ride and I was finally happy that I would be able to relax. But obviously, the hotel had to ruin my enjoyment so they had an extra-long check-in, and by extra long I mean about 3 hours more than usual. Okay, so it was more like 1 hour but you get the idea. I really don't think this is going to come on my top 100 list of vacations. (I haven't been to that many countries but this trip seems so bad that I can already predict that it won't.

This is a dream RIGHT??

When the check-in ended, we got some random cards and the whatchamacallit let us to our room. Not really that we need anyone to take us one floor up. We reached the door and it was just like a normal hotel door but I am usually excited entering hotels but now that check-in has just given me a bad taste of this hotel.

Not going to lie but the room was actually good. Ok, so it wasn't that good but it was way better than I imagined. I'm telling you, the check-in put such a bad taste in my mouth that I would have been surprised if the room even had a bed. Ok well, I mean a table. A bed is a necessity for a hotel because when a person comes there, they actually sleep for one night, they don't just come for work or decent coffee.

Now, it was only a day or two before I end up in the hospital so I'm trying to take advantage of all the free stuff in the hotel even if I don't need it. I looked at the picture of where we are going and it wasn't really a free 1000 views on this book(Hopefully that happens:), I knew it was a mistake coming here, I actually knew that the second I stepped into the plane, or even before that but that's not the main thing. The hospital's service is the main thing.

ALL IS WELL or SORT OF

Well, I was sort of correct. But being correct at this moment isn't actually good news because I said that the skiing would happen in a day or two and well, I was correct. We are going to catch a train today to get to the base of the Alps and then catch a skylift or whatever you call it. The reason it isn't good news is because I was hoping it would be a while before I'm in the hospital so I could enjoy the hotel more but of course things had to go wrong at this moment.

Damn, that was a quick ride, so we reached the base of the Alps which was freezing, I literally was a piece of ice. Then we flew to the top of the Alps, well not really but after using so many metaphors you probably get the point already, and if not then you need to read a bit more. We got our boards and the sticks, I guess that's literally what you call it. Then before I knew it, my feet were attached to the board and I was holding those weird sticks.

Well, it actually started off well because instead of straight whizzing down, I actually found a different route in the side which is very rough so I was going down at a speed of 1 meter an hour. Then, I guess I wasn't looking and wham, the shard of the rock broke and I was now going at a speed of one side of the space to another side of the space an hour. That means really fast. It was going well before I TRIPPED ON A ROCK!
