Everyone needs a friend
Be the friend thats stands up for someone else. Make the efort to talk to them.
If your being bullyed, just remember, you are perfict no matter what you look like. No matter how much someone say's your guly or fat, you are not. They are just plan wrong about you. You are beutiful, strong, amazing... Don't let them control your life. Stand up for what you belive in.

If they call you ugly, and say to kill your self, don't listen to them. Be who you are not who they want to be. Be free, be you. Love who you are. Love everything about yourself. Live your life to the fullest, don't be hiding ina corner from the bullys. You are strong. Just remember there are people around you who love you.
