Yah approached Lucifern with a request for time on the supercomputer.
“What’s the time to be used for?” Lucifern asked?
“I’m simulating a closed universe. The goal is to create sentient life within the model.” Yah answered.
How long will the simulation take?” demanded Lucifern.
“Well, that depends.” Yah answered.
“Come on, I don’t have all day.” Lucifern complained.
“All the information is in the request.” Yah answered, “It will take a week to set the parameters and then maybe a month. If you’re in the sim, about 15 billion years should be a good estimate.”
