Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. stern look.
“This is none of your concern,” I said turning my back on him. He was in front of me when I turned around. I looked up at him and saw that his eyes were filled with concern.
“You have to stay alive. For the sake of the Underworld,” he said.
“You’re wrong about that,” I said.”The vampire you sent to me yesterday was of Royal Blood.”
“That’s not possible,” he said.
“But it is,” I said walking around him. He was right by my side as he tried to think of a way that a vampire could be of royal blood.
“This isn’t the first time this has happened Corbett. We have had a few vampire Underworld leaders. This will not be the first time.” I spoke as if I didn’t care that I was going to die.
“You have been the Underworld Queen for over a thousand years and you are willing to give that up so easily is what I don’t understand,” he said. I looked at his black wings and all black clothes. He looked no older than nineteen but he was twelve hundred years old. I looked into his dark eyes and saw anger there.
“It is best if someone would take my place. Would you ask your vampire?” I asked.
“If that is what you wish,” he said. He was about to turn and fly away.
“Corbett?” I asked.
“Yes My queen?” he asked.
“I must have an answer from your vampire no later than twilight of tomorrow,” I said.
“Yes, my queen,” he answered.
“Farewell Corbett,” I said and turned away. I heard the sound of wings flapping and I dropped my head in my hands.
“Master, you seem sad. Why is that?” Shana said still in her little girl’s voice.
“Things are going to become different Shana. I just don’t know how,” I said lifting my head.
“It will be ok, Master. I won’t let you down,” she said reaching for my hand. I grabbed hers and let her guide me through the courtyard. My end was near and there is no telling who will be the next owner of my thrown. There are only two options. The vampire can choose to become the next ruler of the underworld or the underworld would be run by Chaos, a demon of pure destruction. Welcome to hell.

Chapter Four

I sat at my thrown waiting for the vampire. It was almost midnight and I was becoming aggravated.
“Did I not say twilight?” I asked to myself. I shook my head and stood up. As I stretched the vampire walked in. He looked as if someone told him his closest companion has been killed.
“I won’t do it,” he said. I shrugged.
“Fine. Run along now,” I said.
“That’s it?” he asked looking confused.
“Yes. I only asked for an answer. Not a whole explanation or debate why you should,” I said.
“Can you at least listen to why?”he asked.
“First state your name,” I said.
“Corbin,” he said.
“You’re the son of Corbett,” I said.
“Yes,” he answered.
“No wonder. There must have been a connection between you and Corbett or he wouldn’t have been surprised that you’re of royal blood,” I said.
“Don’t say that,” he said angrily. I raised my eyebrows in surprise and he composed himself.
“Do you think I would lie about the Royal Blood line? Do you think I would choose just anyone to protect my people?” I yelled. The sound of my voice bounced off the walls. I could feel the vibration under my feet.
"Please understand that I have my heart set on becoming the next vampire lord," he said.
"That's fine. Leave now," I said. I watched him leave and sighed. Who will be the next one on my thrown. Bloody hell. Imprint
