Read FICTION books online

Reading books fiction Have you ever thought about what fiction is? Probably, such a question may seem surprising: and so everything is clear. Every person throughout his life has to repeatedly create the works he needs for specific purposes - statements, autobiographies, dictations - using not gypsum or clay, not musical notes, not paints, but just a word. At the same time, almost every person will be very surprised if he is told that he thereby created a work of fiction, which is very different from visual art, music and sculpture making. However, everyone understands that a student's essay or dictation is fundamentally different from novels, short stories, news that are created by professional writers. In the works of professionals there is the most important difference - excogitation. But, oddly enough, in a school literature course, you don’t realize the full power of fiction. burst into tears. She leaned back against the walls and closed her eyes.
Voldemort was her father. Because of her Albus’s grandparents had died.
‘What am I going to do?’ she screamed in her head. She couldn’t tell Albus, she just couldn’t. What would he say? How would she bear to see him everyday from now on and forever? Evangeline couldn’t.
“Where do you think she went?” a voice, unmistakably Albus.
“I don’t know,” another voice replied. “It’s useless to even try, she could be anywhere!”
“No!” Albus replied firmly. “I”ll go this way, and ylu go that way.”
There was a sound of pattering feet. Evangeline cowarded into the corner, burying her face into her hands. Someone opened the door. A boy with dark hair and green eyes opened it.
“Are you Evangeline?” he asked, shining a lantern into the dark dull room. He crept and knelt down next to her, his hand on her shoulder as he closed the door turning on the light-switch.
“What’s wrong?”
Evangeline spoke in a muffled voice. “You wouldn’t understand. And I appreciate your kindness, but I would rather be alone right now, thank you.”
James rolled his eyes. “What a girl, I’m a year older than you. Of course I could understand it, even though it’s probably girl stuff.”
She didn’t answer back.
“I won’t tell anyone,” he said, trying to be comforting, “I swear! I’ll even do the Unbreakable Vow!”
Evangeline looked up, her eyelashes wet with tears, “Honest?”
He nodded intently, wanting to know this dark secret she had, no matter how stupid it might be.
“Not even Albus?”
“Nope!” he promised. “No one is going to know.”
“I’m his daughter.” she sobbed again, retreating into her former position.
James was confused. “Whose daughter?”
“Vol,” she tried again, steadying her breath. “Voldemort.”
He was wide eyed now. James thought he had died more than 20 years ago. This is so weird. “You mean him?” he asked in disbelief. “Voldemort?”
She told him everything, vented to him, and cried more than she had ever did in her life. James took her to Madam Pomfreys office at 3:00 in the morning. They were both exhausted, but Evangeline was half asleep, as James half-carried her back.
When she woke up, she was greeted with a warm comfy bed, and a pair of shining round glasses.
“Madame Pomfrey?” she croaked.
The old woman nodded, sitting Evangeline up. “Are you alright dear?”
“Yes, thank you.”
“You had us very worried young lady. We thought we had another outrage of disappearances again. You had Mr. Potter worried as well.”
“Albus?”
“And Mr. James.”
“It’s alright dear. Drink this, it will help you sleep.”
Slurping the creamy conoction, she sunk back into the pillows and melted into darkness.
“Imperio.”
“Here is the cake I promised you.”
“Crucio.”
“Avada kedavra.”
The face of her father, Voldemort appeared.
“I have a task for you.”
“Kill.”
More voices whispered making her toss and turn uncomfortably until she shook herself awake.
“Evangeline?” Albus’s head hovered over her.
“Albus?”
“You’re okay!”
“Sorry I worried you.”
“That’s alright. Say Evangeline, would you like to come over to meet my family during the winter?"
She tried to smiled brightly. "Your parents, are they okay with it?"
Albus nodded. "I've already asked them. We're leaving in two days so make sure you meet me at the Great Hall before the train leaves."
The next two days traveled in a blur. Evangeline was horrified and guilty. How could she have agreed to such a thing?
"Are you ready?"
She nodded jubilantly. "I'm all set."
They rode and talked about their Professors, homework and spells. Albus taught Evangeline how to play Wizard's Chess. Although she lost quite a number of times, she managed to win one.
"Mom!" Albus ran to a woman with fair skin, and bright orange hair after they had gotten off of the train.
"Albus dear how are you?" she asked, kissing his forehead. Evangeline felt a twinge of envy and guilt.
"This," he gestured to Evangeline, "is Evangeline."
"Pleasure to meet you. Thank you for having me."
James came off the train soon after. He looked at Evangeline, and she looked back. They locked gazes for a moment.
“Sorry about the other day.” she apoligized, going up to him.
He smiled. “That’s alright.”
"Lily may be a bit annoying so brace yourself. She was dying to go to Hogwarts this year." Albus explained.
"Really? Can she do magic as well?"
Albus smiled. "She got really mad once at us. Then the windows started to fly open, the lights started to flicker, and glass exploded everywhere.”
"Wow. She can really do that?"
Albus nodded. Then he turned to his mother. "Where is Dad?"
"He's out somewhere doing his thinking. Best not to bother him, but he'll be back."

"ALBUS! JAMES!" a small girl with flaming red hair ran to hug her brothers. "I missed you so much!"
"Lily, this is Evangeline." Albus said formally as he struggled to get her off. "My friend at school."
Lily ran to meet her and shook her hand. "Do you like school? Can you do magic?” she asked, as though she didn’t need to breathe. “ Do you have a wand?" and she drowned her in questions. "Albus said that you came out of a whirlpool.” Lily turned to her mother. "Can Evangeline sleep in my room tonight?"
"You would have to ask her politely dear."
"Would you like to?" Lily asked Evangeline impatiently jumping up and down.
"Sure."
Lily smiled brightly. "Wait, now I'll go clean it up!" she said as she rushed to her room.
The door opened. "Hi Dad!" James said running to his father.
"Hello James, and to you too Albus." and then he turned to Evangeline. The moment he looked at her, his scar seared with pain. She looked so familiar, like she was a resemblence of someone. Evangeline looked at him the same way. Guiltily. "Ah.."
"What is it father?" James asked concerned.
Their father smiled lightly. "Just a headache, and who might you be?"
"Oh, I'm sorry sir. I'm Evangline sir."
He held out his hand. "Pleasure to meet you. Harry Potter, Albus’s father."
He was Harry Potter. Good grief. What was she supposed to do? Tell Albus? No bloody way.
After dinner, when everyone else was sleeping, Harry went into the kitchen, he looked into the sink, horrified.
"My scar hurt Ginny. It hasn't hurt for nineteen years. When I looked at her, it seared with pain."
Ginny’s eyes widened. "But nothing is wrong with her. She's such a lovely girl.”
“Something must have been done to her. And the way she looked at me was with pure terror and recognization."
Ginny crossed her arms. "That doesn't mean that you should make assumptions. We'll see how she is. And when she seems to be," she searched for a word, "different, then we'll see. If anything happens, we’ll protect our children no matter what.” she touched his arm, looking into his eyes.
Harry nodded as he took her hand.
The next morning, Evangeline woke early. She couldn’t hide it any longer, she had heard the conversation between his parents last night.
Creeping into Albus’s room, she wrote a note.
‘Dear Albus,
I’m sorry. I should have told you earlier. Voldemort was my father. That’s why I ran away like that because I recalled my memory so suddenly then. My father’s the one that caused the Great Battle of Hogwarts. I told him that your dad was going to be born, and that’s why you don’t have the grandparents you could’ve had because he murdered them.
My father was a murderer. I’m so sorry Albus, I thought that we could be friends, but I don’t think your father would ever except me.
Evangeline V. Riddle’
She folded it and placed it next to his hand, and slowly tiptoed downstairs.
Her bags were on her back, her wand in her hand.
Than she stepped out the door, but before she could, someone grabbed her shoulders. Evangeline spun around.
“Where do you think you’re going?” James asked.
“Away.” she looked into his super cute brown eyes.
He rolled his eyes. “I read your note.”
She blushed furiously, even her fingers turning red. “Why would I care? I can take care of myself.”
James chuckled. “I seriously doubt that.”
“What do you want?”
“Just tell my father that you’re his daughter.”
“I can’t do that,” she shook her head vigorously. “The things that he did to people, it’s unforgettable. He killed them for fun, and.....” she started to shake. Crying. “He killed my mother.”
James closed his mouth.
‘What kind of person am I?’ he wondered.
“I’m sorry, I uh...” he scratched his head. “I didn’t know.”
She wiped her tears of her face, then looked up at him and smiled. “That’s alright. But honestly, I can’t tell your father.”
“You have to. Come on, you’re Albus’s only friend.”
“Fine. But if I get kicked out, I am never speaking to Albus, Lily or even you especially!”
He laughed. “You wouldn’t be able to resist me.”
Evangeline blushed even more, as she looked down, and when she looked up, he was looking into her eyes.
Of course they’re special moment was broken up by Lily.
“Good morning, good morning, to you! And you! And everyone else in ths world!”
They quickly broke gazes, as Evangeline quickly ran off, and hugged Lily. “Morning!”
Minutes later, Ginny woke up, as she and the girls started on breakfeast.
“Can we have pancakes? With chocolate chips?”
“Sure. Evangeline?”
“I think it’s brilliant!”
They cooked in the kitchen, laughing, and full of smiles.
Harry came downstairs, as he kissed Ginny good morning.
“Yuck!” Lily said, watching her parents. “Kissy stuff is disgusting.” she said airily, as she turned back to her scrambled eggs.
“Boys, set the table.” Ginny called out.
“Sure mum.” Albus said, as he grabbed the forks and spoons from the drawer, quickly setting up the table himself. Obviously James had thrown away her letter.
“Where’s James?” Ginny murmured to herself.
“Right here,” James replied, as he came back from outside, with fresh pink roses. “For the table.”
Ginny smiled. “How sweet.”
“Breakfeast is ready!” Lily shouted at the top of her lungs.
Everyone say down at the table, and started to eat.
James sat across of Evangeline. She looked up, and he was staring at her. She blushed, and looked down again, smiling.
“Thank you for breakfeast.” Evangeline said, as she helped carry dishes with Ginny and Lily.
“I’m glad you enjoyed it!”
Harry sat at the table, reading ‘The Quibbler’ while sipping a cup of tea.
James looked around from the corner, and gave her a look, meaning to tell him.
She nodded reluctantly. “Um... sir? Could I talk to you. Alone?” she added.
He nodded. “Sure.”
They went outside.
“You know don’t you.”
“Know what?” Harry asked.
Evangeline sighed. “I’m Voldemort’s daughter.”
Harry looked at her stunned. “What?”
“Yeah, only his follower’s knew about me.”
“What about your moth...”
“He killed her,” she sighed. “Using the Crutiacious Curse. Narcissa took care of
