It was near the middle of August, around the time school was about to be let back in from a long summer break. Kyle had just finished eighth grade and was about to go into high school in the next two weeks. Excited and nervous at the same time, he had always wondered what high school would be like. In middle school he was bullied a lot and tried to keep to himself so that he wouldn't be bullied even more. During middle school though, he had made friends with a girl named Rebecca Hayfield, a smart and beautiful woman. They where friends ever since fourth grade. On the first day of school, Kyle had noticed that he was lucky enough to get math and chemistry with Rebecca. Back in middle school kyle was really great in math and had already advanced to algebra two by the time he was in high school. Another great class he was good in was chemistry. He had taken it once before and loved it ever since. The only reason he had taken it twice was because most of the other sciences classes where already full of students. He was happy about this though. So far on the first day it was wonderful, he loved all his classes and still got to see his best friend. Even though it was good for once in his life, he knew in his mind the bullying would start again soon.
