Local woman stabbed as a turbulent past comes to light.

A few nights ago a local woman, Stacey Tucker was stabbed and found wounded near a dumpster. Authorities state that no arrests have been made due to the lack of suspects. However, local residents near the victim have pinpointed a suspect. Several sources have elaborated on how Tucker’s turbulent past has caused the current situation.

Lebron Phillips, has pin pointed his mother, Brittany Phillips, as the attacker. He stated that on the night of the attack, he had looked into his mother’s bag and saw a large knife and cash.

“My mom had plenty of reasons to stab her,” said Phillips.

He believes that the attacked was provoked to his mother’s past with Tucker. Phillips explained that his mother used to be close friends with Tucker during high school. Tucker became involved in drugs along with Phillip’s mother. His mother then dated his father, Timmy Johnson. Phillips’ father left his mother and is now in a relationship with Tucker. Phillips thinks that their relationship is one the reasons for the attack.

Though Phillips admits that his mother is “pretty messed up” he does not consider her to be a malicious person. He hopes that there are more motives behind the attack.

“My mom isn’t mean enough to stab someone over a piece of crap boyfriend,” he stated.

In a recent interview, Brittany Phillips verified her son’s suspicions and admitted to attacking her former friend. B. Phillips stated that she was justified in her stabbing.

“She deserved it. She is good for nothing and deceitful! And so is her boyfriend,” she said.

Timmy Johnson, Tucker’s boyfriend does not understand why anyone would attack his girlfriend. He considers her to be “a wonderful woman” and a “great mother” to their children. He denies that he and Tucker were ever involved in drugs. Johnson also says that he is not surprised to hear that Brittany Phillips is involved.

“Brittney is the one with the drug problems, if you must know, ask her mother.”

B. Phillip’s mother was also interviewed and stated that her daughter was not completely in the wrong when attacking Tucker. Despite Johnson’s denial of drug use, Miranda Phillips tells the same story as her grandson, Lebron.

“I don’t know Stacey anymore…haven’t seen her in years since she started getting into sex and drugs and dragged my daughter Brittney down with her,” M. Phillips said.

M Phillips also stated that Tucker took robbed her grandchildren of a father. She has also said that her daughter is still not in custody despite attempting to kill Tucker.
“They were going to arrest her when this whole thing happened, but Officer Jones was easily talked into letting her stay with me, until everything is figured out.”

Officer Jones, one of the people assigned to the Tucker stabbing case has stated that a witness has been found. The witness, Lee Chong was contacted for an interview regarding the case. He has yet to respond.
